المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أهمية تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة الرشيدة كمدخل لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في مصر، وتأسيسا على ذلك اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدم الاستبيان بوصفه أداة لجمع المعلومات؛ حيث تم تطبيقه على عينه قوامها (120) من القيادات التربوية بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن درجة الاتفاق على أهمية تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة من وجهة نظر القيادات جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة بوزن نسبي (4.38)، وجاءت أبعاد المحور الأول للاستبيان مرتبة تنازليا على النحو التالي: احتل البعد الثالث "المساءلة" المرتبة الأولى بوزن نسبي (4.50)، والبعد الثاني الشفافية" المرتبة الثانية بوزن نسبي (4.46)، والبعد الرابع "العدالة والمساواة" المرتبة الثالثة بوزن نسبي (4.39)، والبعد الأول "المشاركة" المرتبة الأخيرة بوزن نسبي (4.16)، وهو الأمر الذي يؤكد مدى الحاجة إلى ضرورة تفعيل مبادئ الحوكمة الرشيدة وتطبيقها بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، كما أشار إلى أن درجة الاتفاق على إمكان تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة الرشيدة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة من وجهة نظر القيادات جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة بوزن نسبي (4.52)، وهو ما يؤكد إمكان تطبيق الحوكمة الرشيدة بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال؛ لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة بها، كما أكد البحث على وجود علاقة إيجابية قوية بين تطبيق الحوكمة الرشيدة وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة، كما أشارت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير (سنوات الخبرة) حول مبدئي المساءلة والعدالة والمساواة لصالح عدد سنوات الخبرة الأكثر، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير (المؤهل الدراسي) حول مبدئي الشفافية والمساءلة لصالح المؤهل الأعلى، واختتم البحث بتحديد آليات تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة الرشيدة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في مصر.

The present study aimed at identifying the procedures of applying the principles of good governance as an approach to achieve the sustainable competitive advantage in Egyptian kindergarten institutions. The descriptive approach was used to attain this purpose using a questionnaire prepared by the researcher, including the following four principles: accountability, transparency, justice and equity, and broad based participation. Participants (N = 120) were educational leaders chosen randomly from different Egyptian kindergarten institutions. Results revealed that majority of the respondents agreed upon the importance of applying the principles of good governance with a large total relative weight (4.38); 4.50 given to accountability, 4.46 to transparency, 4.39 to justice and equity, and 4.16 to participation. This showed that there is an urgent need to apply these principles in kindergarten institutions. Moreover, the majority of the respondents agreed that applying the principles of good governance could achieve the sustainable competitive advantage of kindergarten institutions with a large relative weight (4.52). Related to this result, there was a positive relationship between applying the principles of good governance and achieving the sustainable competitive advantage of such institutions. Results also showed that there were statistically significant differences attributable to the respondents' years of experience related to accountability as well as justice and equity in favor of the leaders with more years of experience. There were statistically significant differences attributed to the respondents' educational qualifications related to transparency and accountability in favor of the leaders with higher degrees. Based on these results, the present study introduced some procedures to apply the four selected principles of good governance in order to achieve the sustainable competitive advantage in Egyptian kindergarten institutions.
