The purpose of our work is, to demonstrate the influence of taking into account or neglecting the good implementation of ethics formal approaches on employee behavior. To do this, a mixed survey was conducted at the level of two organizations, only one of which has a code of ethics. The results showed that there are no tangible differences between the ethical levels of the two organizations and that the formal approach didn’t contribute to the improvement of employee behavior, because, it hasn’t, really, been implemented. L’objectif de notre travail est, de démontrer l’influence de la prise en compte ou de la négligence d’une bonne mise en œuvre des démarches formelles d’éthique sur le comportement des employés. Pour ce faire, une enquête mixte a été menée au niveau de deux organisations, dont une seule dispose un code d’éthique. Les résultats ont montré qu’il n’y a pas de différences palpables entre les niveaux éthiques des deux organisations et que la démarche formelle n’a pas contribué à l’amélioration du comportement des employés, du fait qu’elle n’a pas été, réellement, mise en œuvre. |
