The objective of this research is to analyze the evolution of monetary policy indicators during the period following the liberalization of the financial and banking system. Thanks to the use of the standardized ACP method. We have noticed the positive effect of financial liberalization on inflation and unemployment, however, as regards the growth rate and the balance of payments, we can say that financial liberalization has not played its positive role for these two variables. This is because of the correlation of these two variables, in the Algerian economy, with other more significant influencing factors such as the price of hydrocarbons.
