|b The objective of this research is to analyze the evolution of monetary policy indicators during the period following the liberalization of the financial and banking system. Thanks to the use of the standardized ACP method. We have noticed the positive effect of financial liberalization on inflation and unemployment, however, as regards the growth rate and the balance of payments, we can say that financial liberalization has not played its positive role for these two variables. This is because of the correlation of these two variables, in the Algerian economy, with other more significant influencing factors such as the price of hydrocarbons.

|d L’objectif de cette recherche est d’analyser l’évolution des indicateurs de la politique monétaire pendant la période qui a suivi la libéralisation du système financier et bancaire. Grâce à l’utilisation de la méthode ACP normée. Nous avons remarqué l’effet positif de la libéralisation financière sur l’inflation et le chômage, par contre, en ce qui concerne le taux de croissance et la balance de paiement, on peut dire que la libéralisation financière n’a pas joué son rôle positif pour ces deux variables. Cela à cause de la corrélation de ces deux variables, dans l’économie algérienne, avec d’autres facteurs d’influence plus significatifs tels que le prix des hydrocarbures.
