المستخلص: تهدف هذه الصفحات إلى بيان حقيقة التحويلات المصرفية والوصول إلى تكييفها الشرعي ومن حكمها؛ وهذا من خلال تصوير المسألة، ثم عرض وجهة نظر من كيفها على أساس أنها إجارة على نقل النقود، ثم من كيفها على أساس أنها وكالة، وأخيرا من كيفها على أساس أنها سفتجة، مع مناقشة كل رأي بشكل موجز والإجابة عن أهم الاعتراضات. وخلص البحث إلى ترجيح التكييف الأخير (السفتجة).

Bank transfers are one of the most important contemporary financial transactions and the most common among people, due to the great need for them. What is the reality of bank transfers? What is its description and legitimate adaptation? What is its religious provision? That is what I tried to answer in this paper. The research was divided into an introduction, preface, three themes, and a conclusion. Introduction: Includes a brief introduction to the importance of the topic, and a research plan. Preface: includes the visualization of the issue; because judging a thing is a branch from its visualization. The first theme is dedicated to debating those who tend to adapt bank transfers. On the grounds that they were a lease on the transfer of money and showed the weakness of their argument. The second theme discusses the question of ‘who adapted it to be considered as a power of attorney. But their argument was also weak. In the third theme, arguments were presented, on the basis that they are bills of exchange. This indicated that their opinion is the most appropriate, and I answered to those who opposed them. However, I did not pay attention to the rest of the explanations because of their weaknesses. Conclusion: It includes a summary of the researcher's findings.
