المستخلص: هدفت ورقة العمل إلى صياغة تصور مقترح يفيد المسؤولين في تنمية مهارات التفكر الناقد وتفعيل دورها في مكافحة الشائعات المرتبة على جائحة كورونا في المملكة العربية السعودية. وقد خرجت ورقة العمل بتصور مقترح اعتمد على مجموعة من النقاط الرئيسية منها: ضرورة تنمية دور الإرشاد الاجتماعي من خلال (الندوات والمحاضرات والملتقيات العلمية) في تنمية مهارات التفكير الناقد لمكافحة الشائعات المترتبة على جائحة كورونا، وتنظيم مجموعة من البرامج الإرشادية والتوعوية لتنمية وعي الفرد بأهمية التفكير الناقد للتحقق من صحة الإخبار المتداولة في ظل جائحة كورونا، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة تنمية دور وسائل الإعلام الجديد عبر منصات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لتنمية وعي الفرد بأهمية التأكد من صحة المعلومات المتداولة، وعدم المشاركة في نشر الأخبار الغير موثوق في صحتها، وتنمية دور وسائل الإعلام التقليدية من إذاعة وتليفزيون وصحف ومجلات لتنمية وعي الفرد بأهمية التأكد من صحة المعلومات المتداولة، وتقديم البرامج واللقاءات التي تنمي ثقافة التفكير الناقد لدى الفرد، والتأكيد على الرجوع للصفحات الرسمية عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي للتأكد من صحة المعلومات والإخبار المنتشرة حول جائحة كورونا، مع ضرورة العمل على تطبيق التصور المقترح لتنمية مهارات التفكر الناقد لمكافحة الشائعات المترتبة على جائحة كورونا في المملكة العربية السعودية، وخاصة عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.

The working paper aimed to formulate a proposed conception that would benefit officials in developing critical thinking skills and activating their role in combating the rumors resulting from the Corona pandemic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The working paper came out with a proposed conception based on a set of key points, including: the need to develop the role of social counseling through (seminars, lectures and scientific forums) in developing critical thinking skills to combat the rumors resulting from the Corona pandemic, and organizing a set of counseling and awareness programs to develop the individual’s awareness of the importance of thinking. The critic to verify the validity of the news circulating in light of the Corona pandemic, in addition to the need to develop the role of the new media through social media platforms to develop the individual's awareness of the importance of ensuring the validity of the information circulated, and not to participate in publishing news that is not authenticated, and to develop the role of traditional media from Radio, television, newspapers and magazines to develop the individual’s awareness of the importance of ensuring the validity of the information circulated, presenting programs and meetings that develop the culture of critical thinking in the individual, and emphasizing on returning to the official pages through social media platforms to ensure the correctness of the information and news spread about the Corona pandemic, with the need to work on applying the visualization The proposal to develop critical thinking skills to combat rumors arising from the Corona pandemic in the Kingdom Saudi Arabia, especially through social media platforms.
