|a تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس وتحليل مدى تأثير تطبيق مبادئ الاستدامة المصرفية في تحسين أداء المنظومة المصرفية الجزائرية، اذ تعتبر الصيرفة المستدامة أحد المداخل الحديثة في العمل المصرفي، ولقد اعتمدت الدراسة على أداة الوصف وأداة التحليل فيما يخص الجانب النظري أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم استخدام اداة لاستبانة كدراسة ميدانية لعينة من إطارات من البنوك الجزائرية، لقياس أثر الاستدامة المصرفية في تحسين أداء المنظومة المصرفية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن للاستدامة أثر في تحسين كفاءة الأداء، كما أن لها أثر في تحسين فعالية الأداء. على البنوك الجزائرية تطبيق مبادئ الاستدامة المصرفية لتحسين أداء المصرفي.

|b This study aims to measure and analyze the extent of banks adoption to banking sustainability strategies, Sustainable banking is one of the modern approaches to banking, The study relied on the description tool and the analysis tool with regard to the theoretical side. In the practical side, a questionnaire tool was used as a field study for a sample of tires from Algerian banks, To measure the impact of banking sustainability on improving the performance of the banking system. The study concluded that sustainability has an impact on improving performance efficiency, and has an impact on improving performance effectiveness. Algerian banks should apply the principles of banking sustainability to improve banking performance.
