| 520 | |b At a time when education for shared citizenship and peaceful coexistence has become more important than ever before and the issue of cultural and ethnic difference is under discussion, children's literature is considered as an inexhaustible source of anthropological discovery. Accordingly the current article seeks to investigate to what extent the children’s literature can be a mediation among different cultures in order to make children open to differences without the fear to meet differentiation by developing their critical mind, so that they are no longer afraid of the unknown, and that they acquire a more objective and conscious view on the other. | ||
| 520 | |d A l'heure où l'éducation à la citoyenneté et au vivre- ensemble solidaire est plus que jamais à l'ordre du jour, où la question de la différence culturelle et ethnique est en débat, la littérature de jeunesse est une source de découverte anthropologique inépuisable. En ce sens notre propos, à travers cet article, est de situer la littérature de jeunesse comme une médiation interculturelle pour amener les enfants à s'ouvrir à la différence sans craindre de la rencontrer, tout en développant leur esprit critique, afin qu'ils n'aient plus peur de l'inconnu, et qu'ils acquièrent un regard plus objectif, plus conscient de l’Autre. | ||
