تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف مهارات الذكاء اللغوي لدى مدرسي اللغة العربية ومدرساتها للمرحلة المتوسطة. وقد استعملت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي إذ شملت عينة الدراسة على (١٠٠) مدرس ومدرسة وتمت زيارتهم ميدانيا. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة الحالية قامت الباحثة ببناء أداة لاختبار الذكاء اللغوي: إذ لم تجد الباحثة اختبارا في الذكاء اللغوي يمكن أن يحقق أهداف البحث الحالي لذلك ارتأت أن تبني بنفسها هذا الاختبار المتكون من (٤٥) فقرة، وذلك بوضع اختيار خماسي متدرج أمام كل فقرة (ينطبق علي دائما، ينطبق علي غالبا، ينطبق علي أحيانا ينطبق على نادرا، لا ينطبق على أبدا). وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. ومن ثم عولجت البيانات إحصائيا باستعمال الوسائل الإحصائية لتحليل نتائج البحث كاستخدام الاختبار التائي ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، واستخدام معادلة ألفا كرونباخ، فتوصلت الباحثة أن مستوى امتلاك الذكاء اللغوي مقبول عند مدرسي اللغة العربية ومدرساتها عند عينة البحث. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة استنتجت الباحثة: أن مدرسي اللغة العربية ومدرساتها يتمتعون بمستوى عال ومقبول من الذكاءات المتعددة. كما أوصت الباحثة بعدة توصيات منها: الاهتمام بأنشطة الطلبة المتنوعة، والمساهمة في زيادتها وتنويعها لما لها من أهمية كبيرة في الكشف عن أنواع الذكاءات المختلفة التي يمتلكها الطلبة مما يساهم في العمل على تنميتها وتطويرها بصورة إيجابية. واستكمالا للبحث ختم بعدد من المقترحات منها: - إجراء دراسات مماثلة للكشف عن العلاقة بين الذكاءات المتعددة والتحصيل ومتغيرات تابعة أخرى كالجنس والعمر والميول العلمية على مراحل دراسية مختلفة.
This study aims to define the language intelligence skills of Arabic language teachers and middle school teachers. The methodology was used by the researcher, including 100 teachers and schools and visited them in the field. To achieve the goal of the current study, the researcher has built a study, the researcher has built a language intelligence test tool: If the researcher did not find a language intelligence test that could achieve the objectives of the current research, she felt that she would adopt this 45 paragraph test herself, by placing a step-by-year selection for each paragraph (it is always applicable to me, often, sometimes applicable to me, rarely, not always).Their veracity and stability were verified. The data were then treated statistically by using statistical means to analyse research results such as the use of the Telesy test and the Pearson correlation factor, and the use of the Alpha Kronbach equation , The researcher found that the level of ownership of linguistic intelligence is acceptable to Arabic language teachers in the search sample. In the light of the findings of the study, the researcher concluded-Arabic-language teachers have a high level and are acceptable to many masculinity. The researcher also recommended several recommendations, including: Interesting in the various activities of students, and contributing to increasing and diversifying them, as they are of great importance in detecting the different types of masculinities that students possess, thus contributing to the work of their development and development in a more restive manner. Complementing the research, a number of proposals were concluded: Conduct similar studies to detect the relationship between multiple and collectables and other subordinate variables such as sex, age and scientific proficience at different levels of study.
