المستخلص: ثمة تحديات مجتمعية وبيئية تواجه الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وأسرهم وتحد من تفاعلهم واندماجهم المجتمعي الآمن، وعليه تتبعت هذه الدراسة التعرف على مفهوم الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وأنواع الإعاقات وأسبابها، والوقوف على واقعهم وأسرهم والأزمات والتحديات التي تواجههم نفسيا ومجتمعيا، للكشف عن التحديات التي تعترضهم وأثرها في حياتهم المجتمعية، ويتم استعراضها من خلال: التحديات التي يواجهها ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتأثير هذه التحديات على حياتهم وتعليمهم واندماجهم في المجتمع والحياة اليومية، وإجراءات وسبل إزالة هذه المعيقات وتحقيق المساواة الفعالة والمشاركة المجتمعية، وذلك من خلال التعرف على الأهداف التربوية المنشودة لتأهيل الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات، بدءا باستعراض أهداف تربية وتأهيل الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات، ومرورا بأهداف التدخل المبكر لتأهيل الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات واحتياجاتهم، وانتهاء بالمقارنة بين موقف الفكر الفلسفي والفكر الإسلامي من ذوي الاحتياجات، لنقف على موقف الفكر الإسلامي في مجابهة هذه التحديات وعلاجها والنهوض بهذه الفئة، من خلال التعرف على موقف المجتمع من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة على مر العصور، ثم موقف الفكر الإسلامي منهم، وحقوقهم لديه، تعريجا على متطلباتهم التربوية، ومن ثم صياغة الافتراضات والمقترحات والتوصيات التي يحتاجها الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات وأسرهم لإيفائهم متطلباتهم التربوية والمجتمعية والنفسية استنادا إلى الفكر الإسلامي، وتتبع الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

There are various societal and environmental challenges facing children with special needs and their families that limit their interaction and safe social integration; this study intends to identify the concept of children with special needs along with the different types of disabilities and their causes .This research is also about understanding their realties, their families their challenges ,and the difficulties that they face both psychologically and socially. Consequently, reveal the challenges they face and their impact on their community life which is presented through a few points. First, the challenges that people with special needs face. Second, the impact of these challenges on their lives, education, and their integration into society and daily life. Third, the procedures and the ways that help to remove these obstacles and achieve effective equality and community participation, by identifying the desired educational goals to rehabilitate children with Special needs; starting with a review of the objectives of raising and rehabilitating children with special needs, passing through the objectives of early intervention to rehabilitate children with special needs, and their needs. The ending of this research will also reveal a comparison between the positions of the philosophical perspective and the Islamic perspective towards people with special needs in order to review the position of the Islamic perspective in dealing with these challenges, the treatment and advancement of this category through identifying the position of the Islamic perspective throughout the ages. Then, the situation of Islamic perspective towards them, their right, and their educational requirements. Hence, formulating assumptions, proposals, and recommendations that children with special needs and their families need to meet at their educational, societal, and psychological requirements based on the Islamic perspective, The study follows the descriptive analytical key method.
