المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تحديد دور خصائص المعلومات عن عوامل البيئة الخارجية في تحقيق القدرات الريادية، في معمل سمنت حمام العليل وتبرز أهمية هذا الموضوع بأبعاده المتعددة ضرورة إيلاء المنظمات الساعية إلى التفرد والنجاح بشكل متميز الاهتمام اللازم بعوامل البيئة الخارجية المباشرة وتوفير المعلومات الضرورية عنها وبالخصائص اللازمة من أجل تقليل حالات عدم التأكد وتوفير فرصة أكبر أمام إدارة المنظمات الريادية لصنع واتخاذ القرارات الحاسمة عندما تتردد العديد من المنظمات أمام حالات عدم التأكد في اتخاذ القرارات الحيوية. اعتمدت الدراسة بناء إطار فكري وميداني هدفت من خلاله إلى التكامل التطبيقي بين خصائص المعلومات البيئة واستراتيجية القدرات الريادية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة استنتاجات لعل أبرزها وجود علاقات ارتباط بين خصائص المعلومات البيئية وتحقيق القدرات الريادية، مما يدلل على أهمية المعلومات البيئية في اتخاذ القرارات الريادية، وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات تمثل أهمها بضرورة تشجيع المنظمة المبحوثة المبدعين والمتميزين من خلال تكريمهم ماديا ومعنويا وإشراكهم بدورات تطويرية وتحفيزية لتقديم الأفضل لدورهم الفاعل في امتلاك المنظمة القدرات الريادية.

This study is an attempt to determine the role of the characteristics of information on external environment factors in achieving the pilot capabilities in the Hammam Al_Aleal Factory of cement. The research is concerned with the need to give the organizations seeking success the necessary attention to external environmental factors and provide the necessary information and characteristics in order to reduce the uncertainties and provide a greater opportunity for the management of organizations to make and make critical decisions when many organizations hesitate to uncertainties in making vital decisions. The study was based on an intellectual and field framework in which the practical integration between the characteristics of the environmental information and the strategy of leadership abilities was achieved. The study reached a set of conclusions, most notably the existence of links between the characteristics of environmental information and the achievement of leadership capabilities, which demonstrates the importance of environmental information in decision making. The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to encourage the organization of innovative and distinguished researchers by honoring them materially and morally and engaging them in developmental and motivational courses to provide the best for their effective role in the organization's ability to lead.
