المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف الدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه الارتجال الاستراتيجي في تعزيز تأثير ريادة الأعمال على تحقيق المكانة التنظيمية لتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم التركيز على فهم ريادة الأعمال كمتغير مستقل متجسدا في أبعادها المتنوعة، والتي تتضمن (ثقافة ريادية، قيادة ريادية، عقلية ريادية، إدارة الموارد استراتيجيا). بينما تم تفسير الارتجال الاستراتيجي كمتغير وسيط، متجسدا في أبعاده المختلفة، والتي تتألف من بناء الحلول، الحدس الابتكار، التكيف، الإبداع الفرصة، إدراك المخاطر، العفوية). وقد تم التعبير عن المكانة التنظيمية كمتغير تابع يعتمد على أبعاده المتمثلة في التعبير وتشكيل التوقعات، بناء الشبكات الاجتماعية، وعمليات التعلم. تلخصت مشكلة الدراسة بمجموعة من التساؤلات كان أهمها ما هو دور الارتجال الاستراتيجي في تحقيق المكانة التنظيمية المناسبة والمتناغمة مع الوضع الحالي للمصارف المدروسة وذلك بناء على أدائها وممارساتها. تم اختيار عينة تضم (280) فردا يمثلون القادة والعاملين في المصارف التجارية الخاصة بمحافظات جمهورية مصر العربية. يتمتع أكثر من 80% من هؤلاء بخبرات تتراوح بين 18 و27 عاما. استندت هذه الدراسة إلى المنهج الاستقرائي من ضمن نتائج الدراسة، تبين أن اعتماد ممارسات وفلسفة الارتجال الاستراتيجي بدلا من الممارسات الرسمية المعتمدة على الإجراءات والروتين يسهم في بناء فلسفة متقدمة للارتجال الاستراتيجي ويؤدي ذلك إلى تطوير سيناريوهات وقدرات إبداعية وجريئة تسهم في تحقيق تغيير في المكانة التنظيمية للمصارف.

The study aims to explore the role that strategic improvisation can play in enhancing the impact of entrepreneurship on achieving organizational status. To achieve this goal, focus was placed on understanding entrepreneurship as an independent variable, embodied in its various dimensions, which include (entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and strategic resource management). While strategic improvisation was interpreted as an intermediary variable, embodied in its various dimensions, which consist of (building solutions, intuition, innovation, adaptation, creativity, opportunity, risk perception, spontaneity). Organizational status was expressed as a dependent variable based on its dimensions of (expressing and forming expectations, building social networks, and learning processes). The problem of the study was summarized with a set of questions, the most important of which was what the role of strategic improvisation in is achieving an appropriate organizational position that is in harmony with the current situation of the banks studied, based on their performance and practices . A sample of (280) individuals was selected, representing leaders and workers in private commercial banks in the governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt. More than 80% of them have experience between 18 and 27 years. This study was based on the inductive approach. Among the results of the study, it was found that adopting the practices and philosophy of strategic improvisation instead of formal practices based on procedures and routines contributes to building an advanced philosophy of strategic improvisation, and this leads to the development of creative and bold scenarios and capabilities that contribute to achieving a change in the regulatory position of banks.
