المستخلص: Through our current research, we aim to address two topics of great importance to all organizations, whether productive or service in the public or private sectors, as a tool for excellence and exclusivity from competitors if they are well invested namely strategic creativity and time management. In order to detect deviations by adopting artificial neural networks, which are important tools for strategic innovation and identifying areas of deviations in the production process by addressing the planned and actual times and then seeking to seriously address them on scientific basis. According to the above, the researchers sought to address these two variables by studying and analyzing the case in The Mosul Aswar Company to determine the dimensions of strategic creativity in managing the time devoted to the performance of the production process to the fullest. In order to achieve the organization's goals and objectives in the shortest ways and the best performance by adopting artificial networks. The research through the field-living approach reached many of the results used to provide a number of field conclusions, the most important of which helped the SPSS system management of the company to detect deviations in the management of time that occur in the production process of 0.007. Which is a very small deviation, and comes as a result of the creative outcome of the organization continuing in its field of specialization successfully. As well as the regulatory system shields the company from any breaches at work and makes it more secure through the full documentation of the specified times in the project and the ease of return to the periods The project easily brings the processors in its light simultaneously. In order to serve the company's directions and achieve its objectives. Which were used as an entry point to put forward a number of proposals and the implementation of them in order to serve the field of research and similar companies, the most important of which was the introduction of new technologies that contribute to the processes of development and creativity and reduce waste in the loss of working time.

نهدف من خلال بحثنا الحالي إلى تناول موضوعين على قدر كبير من الأهمية لكافة المنظمات سوآءا الإنتاجية أو الخدمية في القطاعين العام أو الخاص، باعتبارهما أداة للتميز والتفرد عن المنافسين إذا ما حسن استثمارها ألا وهما الإبداع الاستراتيجي وإدارة الوقت، من أجل كشف الانحرافات باعتماد الشبكات العصبية الاصطناعية والتي تعد كأدوات مهمة للإبداع الاستراتيجي وتحديد مناطق الانحرافات في العملية الإنتاجية من خلال تناول الوقتين المخطط والفعلي ومن ثم السعي الجاد لمعالجتها على وفق الأسس العلمية. بموجب ما تقدم سعى الباحثون إلى تناول هذين المتغيرين بالدراسة والتحليل من خلال دراسة الحالة في شركة أسوار الموصل للوقوف على أثر أبعاد الإبداع الاستراتيجي في إدارة الوقت المخصص لأداء العملية الإنتاجية على أكمل وجه، وبما يحقق للمنظمة المبحوثة بلوغ غاياتها وأهدافها بأقصر الطرق وأفضل أداء باعتماد الشبكات الاصطناعية. إذ تمحورت مشكلة الدراسة (هل هناك دور للإبداع الاستراتيجي وإدارة الوقت في المنظمة المبحوثة في كشف الانحرافات باستخدام الشبكات العصبية في شركة أسوار الموصل الإنشائية)؟ توصل البحث من خلال منهج المعايشة الميدانية إلى العديد من النتائج المسخرة لتقديم عددا من الاستنتاجات الميدانية كان أهمها ساعد نظام SPSS إدارة الشركة على كشف الانحرافات في إدارة الوقت والتي تحدث في العملية الإنتاجية والبالغة 0.007 وهو انحراف ضئيل جدا، وتأتي هذه النتيجة حصيلة إبداعية للمنظمة المستمرة في مجال تخصصها بنجاح فضلا عن أن النظام الرقابي يحصن الشركة من أي خروقات في العمل ويجعلها أكثر أمان من خلال التوثيق التام للأوقات المحددة في المشروع وسهولة الرجوع إلى فترات المشروع بسهولة لتأتي المعالجات في ضوئها أنيا بما يخدم توجهات الشركة وتحقيق أهدافها والتي استخدمت كمدخل لطرح عدد من المقترحات وآلية تنفيذها بما يخدم الميدان المبحوث والشركات المماثلة كان أهمها إدخال تقانات جديدة تساهم في عمليات التطوير والإبداع والحد من الهدر في ضياعات وقت العمل.
