The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between Business Continuity Management (BCM) factors and Business resilience. A survey study was performed to collect the required data through structured questionnaire as well as in-depth interview. The research model tested using Smart PLS 3.0 to test path coefficients and significance of relationships of the structure model It was utilized to study the causal effect of several BCM factors on business resilience via the IT infrastructure flexibility. The findings of this study indicated that IT infrastructure flexibility played a crucial role in mediating the relationship between Business Continuity Management factors and business resilience. Other related findings are also presented. |
