The aim of this study is to provide an empirical evidence on the role played by Business Continuity Management (BCM) Factors in sustaining the competitive advantage. A survey study was performed to collect the required data through structured questionnaire. The research model tested using Smart PLS 3.0 to test path coefficients and significance of relationships of the structure model. It was utilized to study the causal effect of several BCM factors on competitive advantage via the IT infrastructure flexibility. The findings of this study indicated that IT infrastructure flexibility partially/ Complementary mediate the relationship between some of BCM factors and competitive advantage. Other interested findings are also presented. |
