يعتبر امتلاك المشرف التربوي لكفايات الإشراف ضرورة ملحة للقيام بعمله وأداءه مهامه بكفاءة وفاعلية، وقد تم تحديد المهام التي ينبغي أن يقوم بها الموجه التربوي في دولة قطر والكفايات التي لا بد أن يمتلكها وتوضيح دورها وأهميتها في نجاح الموجه التربوي في الدراسات السابقة والإطار النظري للدراسة، وقد سعت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة آراء المعلمين والمعلمات بمدارس التعليم العام بدولة قطر لتعرف مدى امتلاك الموجهين والموجهات للكفايات الإشرافية من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة. -تكونت عينة الدراسة من (250) معلم ومعلمة، موزعين على مراحل التعليم العام الثلاث (ابتدائي، إعدادي، ثانوي). -تم جمع البيانات من أفراد العينة بواسطة استبانة استطلاعية. -تمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام (Spss) وتم تحليل البيانات واستخراج الأوزان النسبية للفقرات وحساب متوسط كاي² للكشف عن مدى الفروق بين الإجابات لكل من المعلمين والمعلمات في المراحل التعليمية الثلاث. -أظهرت النتائج تباينا في الآراء بين الذكور والإناث على مستوى المراحل الثلاث، فمن حيث متغير الجنس كان المعلمون أكثر تقبلا لمهام وكفايات الموجهين مقارنة بالمعلمات، كما كانت المرحلة الإعدادية (ذكورا وإناثا) هي أكثر المراحل تقديرا لمهام وكفايات الموجهين. وكان تقدير المعلمين والمعلمات لمهام وكفايات الموجهين على مستوى المراحل التعليمية الثلاث بشكل عام بدرجة متوسطة، (1.99 مجال الكفايات، 2.06 مجال المهام)، مما يعني أن مستوى الرضا لدى كل من المعلمين والمعلمات في المراحل التعليمية الثلاث يبدو أفضل في مجال المهام من مجال الكفايات للموجهين والموجهات، لكنه لم يرتق إلى الدرجة العليا لمدى قيام الموجهين والموجهات بمهامهم ومدى امتلاكهم للكفايات الإشرافية، مما حدى بهذه الدراسة أن تقدم بعض المقترحات الإجرائية لإجراء مزيد من الدراسات في هذا المجال، والاستفادة مما تم التوصل إليه من النتائج فيها.
The educational supervisor must possess the important skills which help him to do his work in a perfect way; and enable him to do his work with high effectiveness. The missions which the educational supervisor will do have been determined in katar also the skills which are very important in his work have been determined, also its importance and role have been clarified. They are very important in the success of the educational supervisor in the past studies, and the theoretical frame for the study. This study aimed to know the opinions of the teachers in the public schools in Katar in order to know the degree that the supervisors possess the important skills from the opinions of the sample of the study. . The sample of the study consists of 250 teachers (males ,females), they were divided on the 3 stages of the public education (Primaiy, preparatory, secondary). . The data were gathered from the sample by a questionnaire. . The Statistical treatment has been done by the proportion weights were explored to the clauses and the calculating of the kay has been done in order to realize the differences among the answer of the teachers (males, females) in the three educational stages. The results prevailed a great differences among the opinions of the males and females through the three stages. The male teachers were having the skills of the supervisors more than the female teachers. Also the preparatory stage (males and females) was the most stage in appreciating the skills of the supervisors. The evaluation of the teachers (males, females) to the skills of the supervisors was middle degree during the three educational stages, (1,99 the skills field, 2.06 the missions field), that means that the satisfaction level of the males and females teachers in the three stages looks better in the missions field than the skills field of the supervisors, but it didn't reach the high degree, So, this study provides some empirical suggestions to make more studies in this field, and to benefit from what the previous studies had brought.
