المستخلص: البحث بصدد دراسة لمجموعة من الوثائق الزنجبارية إبان الحكم العماني لزنجبار عددها (٦٠) وثيقة لم تدرس من قبل، تصرفها القانوني الرئيس هو وقف النساء، تمت في فترة زمنية طويلة نسبياً (٢٤ يونيه ١٨٨١م - ٦ يونيه ١٩٥٧م)، أي ما يقارب (٧٦) عاماً، بها إشكاليات متنوعة متمثلة في تناول موضوع الوقف بزنجبار، من حيث الصيغ القانونية والدبلوماتية وعلامات الصحة والإثبات والتسجيل والتوثيق، بجانب المسائل المتعلقة بتحديد الأسماء والوظائف والمهن وشؤون الوقف المختلفة، كنوعية الأوقاف وكيفية الوفاء بها، والقواعد العامة التي اتبعت في كتابة مثل هذه الوثائق في تلك المنطقة الجغرافية في فترة الدراسة، وألفاظها وعباراتها المستخدمة، وأسماء الأشخاص والأماكن المذكورة ووصف الملكيات وتصميمها، هذا بجانب إشكاليات بعض الوثائق التي مثلت أمور مبهمة وغير محددة حاول البحث إيجاد تفسير لها، وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج التاريخي التحليلي، وذلك من خلال مراجعة المصادر الأولية والمراجع الثانوية ونقدها نقداً خارجياً وداخلياً، باستخدام أدوات منها الملاحظة التحليلية الناقدة لتلك المصادر، بالإضافة لمقابلة شخصيات عمانية وزنجبارية، واستخدام المنهج الدبلوماتي للوصول إلى الصيغ والأجزاء القانونية بالوثائق.

The research is in connection with a study of a group of Zanzibar documents during the Omani rule of number (60) documents that were not studied before. Its main legal action is to endow women, which took place in a relatively long period of time (June 24, 1881 AD - June 6 1957 AD), that is, approximately (76) years There are problems with the existence of as well as the problems related to the existence of a change in the Zanzibar formulas, fundamental issues in the documents dealing with the endowment issue in, in terms of legal and diplomatic formulas, health and proof signs, related to determining the names, positions and the various endowment matters, the quality of endowments and how to fulfill them, and the general rules that were followed In writing such documents in that geographical area during the study period, how to document them, their used words and phrases, the names of persons, professions, ages and places mentioned and the description of properties and their design in the documents under study, this is in addition to the problems of some documents that represented vague and unspecified matters, the research tried to find an explanation for them. The research relied on the analytical historical method, through reviewing primary sources and secondary references and critiquing them both externally and internally, with a critical analytical note These sources, in addition to interviewing Omani and Zanzibari personalities, and using the diplomatic approach to access the legal formulas and parts of documents.
