|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم إطاراً مقترحاً لتنمية الثقافة التنظيمية الداعمة لتحقيق الريادة بالجامعات المصرية، ولتحقيق ذلك تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي، لتحليل الأدبيات المتعلقة بالريادة الجامعية وأهدافها وعناصرها وأبعادها، وكذلك دراسة طبيعة الثقافة التنظيمية ومكوناتها وأهميتها وأنواعها وخصائصها في المؤسسات المعاصرة، وتحديد مكونات ثقافة الريادة الجامعية، والمبررات الداعمة لنشرها بالجامعات المعاصرة، ولقد قدمت الدراسة إطار مقترحاً اشتمل على ثلاثة مقترحات لتنمية ثقافة الريادة بالجامعات المصرية، وهي كما يلي: * المقترح الأول: صياغة توجهات استراتيجية واضحة للتحول نحو الريادة بالجامعات المصرية. * المقترح الثاني: استحداث مراكز للريادة بالجامعات المصرية تحت مسمى: "مراكز الريادة الجامعية". * المقترح الثالث: تبني مفهوم القيادة الريادية ليكون بديلاً عن مفهوم الإدارة الجامعية.

|b The study aimed at providing a suggested framework for developing the organizational culture supporting the achievement of Entrepreneurship in Egyptian universities. To achieve this, the study used descriptive approach, to analyze the literature on the university Entrepreneurship, its objectives, its elements and its dimensions, As well as study the nature of organizational culture and its components, importance, types and characteristics in contemporary institutions, and the components of the culture of university Entrepreneurship, and the justification for supporting the dissemination in contemporary universities. The study presented a proposed framework that included three proposals to develop the culture of entrepreneurship in Egyptian universities, as follows: * The first proposal: formulating clear strategic directions for the transition to Entrepreneurship in Egyptian universities. * The second proposal: the establishment of centers of Entrepreneurship in Egyptian universities under the name of "centers of university Entrepreneurship". * The third proposal: Adopting the concept of Entrepreneurial leadership as a substitute for the concept of university administration.
