|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة المعلمين في التدريب الميداني (تخصص العلوم) في مدينة تبوك من وجهة نظر المعلمين المتعاونين، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (٧٣) معلما ومعلمة من المتعاونين في مدراس مدينة تبوك، وقد استعانت الدراسة بالمنهج التتابعي التفسيري بوصفه أحد أساليب المنهج المختلط؛ وذلك للوصول إلى فهم أشمل حول النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة في الجانب الكمي. في هذا الصدد قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة تكونت من (٤٤) عبارة موزعة على المشكلات التدريسية، والمشكلات الصفية، وخلصت النتائج إلى إجماع المعلمين المتعاونين على أن الطلبة المعلمين يواجهون مشكلات في التدريب الميداني بدرجة عالية. ومن ثم؛ تم تصميم أداة مقابلة شبه مقننة موجهة لمعلمي العلوم المتعاونين؛ بهدف الحصول على حلول مقترحة لمشكلات الطلبة المعلمين في التربية الميدانية. ومن جهة أخرى تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معلمي العلوم المتعاونين حيال مشكلات الطلبة المعلمين تبعا لمتغير الجنس، والتخصص، والمرحلة التعليمية. وقد قدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات بناء على ذلك.

|b The aim of the study is to identify the problems encountered by student teachers in the field training (specialization of science) in Tabuk city from the viewpoint of cooperative teachers. The study sample consisted of (73) male and female cooperative science teachers at Tabuk city. The methodology utilized an explanatory sequential design, a type of mixed method, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the findings obtained by the quantitative tool. The researcher prepared a questionnaire that was focused on (44) key areas of teaching and classroom problems. The results showed an agreement among participants that science student teachers can highly encounter the problems arising in the field training. Therefore, a semi-structured interview tool was developed to ask cooperative science teachers to provide some solutions that may help overcome the problems encountered by the student- teachers. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences among the cooperative science teachers towards the problems that encountered student teachers according to gender, specialization, and the educational stage. The study reached a number of recommendations depending on its findings.
