المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تنمية الإيجابية لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية من خلال برنامج تدريبي قائم على نظرية الذكاء الناجح، وكذلك التعرف على أثر تنمية الإيجابية في التوجه نحو المستقبل لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، وتكونت عينة البحث من (٤٠) طالباً من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية العامة بمحافظة بني سويف، واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على مقياس مستوى الإيجابية (إعداد: عيد، 2002)، مقياس التوجه نحو المستقبل (إعداد الباحث)، والبرنامج التدريبي القائم على نظرية الذكاء الناجح في تنمية الإيجابية (إعداد الباحث)، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة على الأبعاد الفرعية والدرجة الكلية لمقياس الإيجابية، لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على الأبعاد الفرعية والدرجة الكلية لمقياس الإيجابية، لصالح القياس البعدي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والتتبعي في الأبعاد الفرعية والدرجة الكلية لمقياس الايجابية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة على الأبعاد الفرعية والدرجة الكلية لمقياس التوجه نحو المستقبل، لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على الأبعاد الفرعية والدرجة الكلية لمقياس التوجه نحو المستقبل، لصالح القياس البعدي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والتتبعي في الأبعاد الفرعية والدرجة الكلية لمقياس التوجه نحو المستقبل.

The research sought to develop the positive thinking in the secondary stage students through a successful intelligence theory based program and identify its effect on developing the positive thinking towards the future in them. The research sample community was comprised of (40) secondary stage students in Beni –Suef governorate. The study instruments were the positivity level scale (prepared by Mohammed Ibrahim Eid, 2002), trend towards future scale and a successful intelligence theory based program (prepared by the researcher). The research findings came to that there were statistically significant differences between mean scores of the experimental and control group members upon the secondary dimensions and the total score of the positivity scale in favor of the experimental group, there were statistically significant differences between mean scores of the experimental group members in the pre and post measurements upon the secondary dimensions and the total score of the positivity scale in favor of the post measurement, there were no statistically significant differences between mean scores of the experimental group members in the post and follow up measurements upon the secondary dimensions and the total score of the positivity scale in favor of the post measurement, there were statistically significant differences between mean scores of the experimental and control group members upon the secondary dimensions and the total score of the trend towards future scale in favor of the experimental group there were statistically significant differences between mean scores of the experimental group members in the pre and post measurements upon the secondary dimensions and the total score of the trend towards future scale in favor of the post measurement, there were no statistically significant differences between mean scores of the experimental group members in the post and follow up measurements upon the secondary dimensions and the total score of the trend towards future scale in favor of the post measurement.
