المستخلص: فقد شهد التراث النحوي بظهور مجموعة كبيرة من المؤلفات التي حاول أصحابها إبراز القواعد النحوية فيها، والتي أبان من خلالها عبقرية فكرهم، وحدة ذكائهم، وقد استعمل أصحاب هذه المؤلفات أسلوبا يتلاءم مع الفترات التي ألفت فيها تلك المؤلفات، إلا أنها اتسمت في نظر اللاحقين بالصعوبة عند إرادة الوصول إلى غايات ومدارك تلك القواعد، مما جعل النحاة يتسابقون بطرق عديدة من أجل تذليل ما يعاني منها، لذلك عرضت وخضعت تلك القواعد على النظرات الفاحصة، والتأملات الدقيقة، لإيصالها بأقرب السبل إلى المتلقي دون عناء. مما دعت الحاجة أثناء ذلك بالتوسع في المختصرات، والتعمق في المتون، مستعملة وسائل مختلفة لتحقيق هذه الغاية، وكان من بين تلك الوسائل المستعملة (الاحتراز)، والذي أدى دورا كبيرا عندما عالج المتشابهات المتفقة لفظا والمختلفة معنى، لأن التسامح فيها دافع إلى اللبس، وكذلك صقل المصطلحات النحوية وقيدها تسهيلا لفهمها واستيعابها، فضلا عن قيامه بتحديد أطراف التراكيب النحوية ومنع اختلاط الأغراب بها، وذلك لتغاير أحكام بعضها عن بعض الأخر، لأجل ذلك جذب نظري واسترق وجهتي وأحببت البحث فيه. وعلى الرغم من الأهمية التي سجلتها (ظاهرة الاحتراز) والتي كانت أكثر ظهورا في الشروح والحواشي والتعليقات، إلا أن من الآراء ما جاءت لتعيب على تلك الشروح بظهور الاحترازات فيها، محتجة بعدم تلائمها مع مستويات التلقي، مما دعانا الأمر بالتمسك بها على نحو أكثر في إبرازها وكشف أهميتها باعتبارها تلك الظاهرة التي لا يستغنى عنها في مجال تسهيل القواعد وتفهيم أسرارها.

Praise be to Allah, peace and blessings be upon his prophet Al-Ameen, and then: The grammatical heritage witnessed the appearance of a big group of the publishments. The publisher of these publisments tried to show the grammatical rules in them which reflected their genius ideology and the sharpness of their intelligence. Those authors followed a style that copes with periods when these books were published, however these books were described in some kind of difficulty when the modern grammarians tried to reach to the aims and interpretations of these rules. This made the grammarians compete in many ways to facilitate them as much as possible, so these rules were examined and reformed by those who have the strong insights and the accurate thinking to have these rules reach to the reader without any difficulties. During that , the need called for expanding the number of the abbreviations and getting deeper in the texts. This is done in different mechanisms to achieve this goal. One of these Mechanisms is called "Al - Ihtiraz Phenomenon ". This phenomenon played an important role when it treated the words that are Similar in pronunciation and different in meaning because necligence such rules or words lead to confusion. Morever, this phenomenon also had brought the grammatical idioms and put them in their final form to be understood and comprehended. Morever, it limited the grammatical constructions and prevented them from mixing with the strange ones , because of the changes in their rules among each other , that's why it attracted my attention , drew my interest and I liked to search in it. In spite of the importance that this phenomenon recorded and played , which was the most common in the explanations , margins , and the comments , but the opinions made about this phenomenon were against it because such phenomena may not conform with the levels of understanding among readers. This made us show its importance regarding it as if it is something necessary to facilitate the rules and to explain their secrets.
