تناول الباحث قضيةهامة في التعليم الجامعي في جامعةالقدس المفتوحة وخاصة، الصعوبات التي تواجه الطلبة في مقرر التربية العملية، وتم التركيز على هذه القضية من خلال استخدام الاستبانات ؛وذللك لرصدالصعوبات من خلال الطلبة أنفسهم، والعمل على تحليل المعطيات التي وصلت مركز التحليل من الا ستبانات وتبين أن هذه الصعوبات لايمكن أن يغروهاالباحث إلى الدارس فقط أو القررأو المدرس أوالجامعة، وإنمايعزوها إلي كل هذه العناصر التي تنطوي تحت اسم العملية التعليمية، غير أن النتائج كانت مرتبطة إلى حد ما بالفئات العمرية ومدى قدرةالطالب المعلم على الاحتكار والاندماج في المجتمع التعليمي في فترات التدريب،ويضاف إلى ذلك الدور التوجيهي الذي يلعبه الأستاذ الدكتور في كيفية توجيهه وزياراته وما لذلك من اثر.وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن العملية التربوية تسعي إلي تحقيق الأهداف وذلك من سد الفراغ بين النظرية والتطبيق وتطبيق المهارات في عملية التدريس، وهذا يتطلب تماسكا وتعاونا بين محاور العملية بغية ترجمة الأهداف إلي أنماط سلوكية مناسبة، ولكن ينبغي مراعاة البيئة والمجتمع الدراسي لكل مجتمع من المجتمعات، ويتوقف نجاح برنامج التربية العملية في بلوغ أهداف وتحقيقها على مجموع من العوامل المتداخلة والمتفاعلة فيما بينها.
