يهدف البحث الحالي إلى "إجراء دراسة تحليلية لاستثمار الأندية الخاصة وأندية الشركات المساهمة بجمهورية مصر العربية وذلك من خلال التعرف على الجوانب الإدارية والهدف من إنشاء هذه الأندية وكذلك الإطار القانوني والتشريعي واللوائح المنظمة لعمل هذه الأندية.، التعرف على الخدمات المقدمة ومدى مناسبتها لاشتراكات الأعضاء والمترددين ومدى رضاهم عن مستوى هذه الخدمات المقدمة وجودتها.، تقنين أهم وسائل التمويل والدخل للأندية الرياضية الخاصة وأندية الشركات المساهمة والاتجاهات الحديثة للاستثمار الرياضي في ضوء الخبرات الأجنبية الناجحة. واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي (أسلوب الدراسات المسحية) ويتمثل مجتمع البحث والعينة من عدد ١٢ نادي خاص بواقع ١٦ فردا لكل نادي والبالغ قوامهم (١٩٢) فردا، وعدد 5 أندية شركات مساهمة بواقع ١٦ فردا لكل نادي والبالغ قوامها (٨٠) فردا، وعدد (١٢) فردا من العاملين بإدارة الاستثمار بوزارة الشباب والرياضة والممثلين في الفئات التالية: أعضاء مجالس الإدارة والعاملين بالأندية الخاصة، العاملين بإدارة الاستثمار بوزارة الشباب والرياضة. ولجمع البيانات الخاصة بالبحث استخدم الباحثون استبيان دراسة تحليلية لاستثمار الأندية الرياضية الخاصة وأندية الشركات المساهمة. وكانت من أهم النتائج: أن الجوانب الإدارية التي تعتمد عليها هذه الأندية من تخطيط وتنظيم وتوجيه ورقابة وتقويم ومتابعة ناجحة وفعالة وهذا ما أدى إلى نجاح تلك الأندية، خاصة في وضع الخطط التي تهدف إلى الاستثمار في المجال الرياضي وتحقق أرباحا، أن الهدف الرئيسي من إنشاء تلك الأندية هو الربح المادي وزيادة الاستثمارات وكذلك رفع مستوى الأداء الفني للفرق. وكان من أهم التوصيات: أنه لابد من زيادة الرقابة على الأندية الخاصة وأندية الشركات المساهمة من قبل وزارة الشباب والرياضة ومعرفة بيانات الدخول والمصروفات والواردات وإعداد المشتركين وقيمة الاشتراك حتى لا يحدث تلاعب من هذه الأندية في الضرائب، على الدولة ووزارة الشباب والرياضة أن تتجه إلى عمل عقود شراكة بين الأندية الخاصة والأندية الأهلية التابعة لوزارة الشباب والرياضة للاستفادة من التجارب الناجحة التي خاضتها هذه الأندية خاصة في مجال الاستثمار والإدارة الرياضية وللإنفاق على الأندية الأهلية من قبل الأندية الخاصة سواء كانت هذه الشراكة مادية أو في نطاق الإدارة.
The objective of this study is to "conduct an analytical study on the investment of private clubs and clubs of joint stock companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt through: Identifying the administrative aspects and the purpose of establishing these clubs as well as the legal and legislative framework and regulations governing the work of these clubs. And the extent of their satisfaction with the level and quality of these services, codifying the most important means of financing and income for private sports clubs and clubs of shareholding companies and the recent trends of sports investment in light of successful foreign experiences. The descriptive approach (survey method). The research and sample society consists of 12 private clubs with 16 members per club of 192 members, 5 clubs of joint stock companies with 16 members per club of 80 members,). Employees of the Investment Department in the Ministry of Youth and Sports and representatives in the following categories: Board members and employees of Al-Ata clubs, employees of the Investment Department at the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the collection of research data. The researchers used an analytical study questionnaire for the investment of private sports clubs and clubs of joint stock companies. The most important results were: The administrative aspects on which these clubs depend on the planning, organization, guidance, supervision, evaluation and follow-up of successful and effective, which led to the success of these clubs, especially in the development of plans aimed at investing in the sports field and making profits., That the main objective of the establishment of these clubs is the material profit and increase investments as well as raise the level of technical performance of the teams. The most important recommendations: It is necessary to increase the control of private clubs and clubs of joint stock companies by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and knowledge of entry data, expenses and imports and the preparation of subscribers and the value of participation so as not to tamper with these clubs in taxes, the State and the Ministry of Youth and Sports to go to work contracts A partnership between the private clubs and the civil clubs of the Ministry of Youth and Sports to benefit from the successful experiences of these clubs, especially in the field of investment and management of sports and to spend on private clubs by private clubs, whether this partnership material or Within the scope of the administration.
