المستخلص: The present research studies a group of the secondary proves about grammar which Abo Al-Barakat Al-Anbari (D. 577 AH.) based on his opinions about some of the issues of disagreement among Al-Basrah and Al-Kufa Schools Grammar Specialists. The research is based on studying some of the grammar disagreement issues, then to show Al-Anbari point of view and his Judgment in that relevance based on some of the secondary proves of the grammar that were distributed in four sections. The First Section studies the disagreement with the original rules, the second section is dedicated to the prove that shows the reason, the third section discussed the prove of priority, and the fourth section to the prove of exploring and dividing.The Research concluded that Abu Al-Barakat had followed in this work the method of the fundamentalists who were the first who adapted these proves which were unknown in the way that grammar proves were known, or those of the grammar fundamentals such as listening, measuring, assent and case accompaniment. In addition to the fact that he followed Ibn Jinni’s method in using these proves in his judgment of some grammatical issues of disagreement, especially those that did not subjected to the original grammar proves which were agreed upon by the grammar specialists .The research concludes as well that Al-Anbari is considered as one of the early Arabic Language Scientists who followed the Secondary Proves, in addition to the fact that he is considered as one of the early grammar scientists who allocated sections in their books to discuss the grammar origins in which he showed the value of following them whether it was an original or secondary one.

يتناول البحث طائفة من الأدلة الفرعية للصناعة النحوية التي استند إليها أبو البركات الأنباري (ت 577هـ) في حكمه على عدد من المسائل المختلف فيها بين نحويي المدرستين البصرية والكوفية. قامت فكرة البحث على تناول عدد من مسائل الخلاف النحوي ومن ثم إبراز موقف الأنباري منها وحكمه عليها مستندا إلى عدد من الأدلة الفرعية للصناعة النحوية موزعة على أربعة مباحث؛ تضمن الأول دليل مخالفة الأصول والثاني دليل بيان العلة وخصص الثالث لدليل الأولى والرابع لدليل السبر والتقسيم. وقد خلص البحث إلى أن أبا البركات قد اقتفى في عمله هذا أثر الأصوليين الذين كان لهم السبق في اعتماد هذه الأدلة التي لم تكن معروفة على النحو الذي عرفت به أدلة الصناعة النحوية أو أصول النحو كالسماع والقياس والإجماع واستصحاب الحال، فضلا عن انتحائه منحى ابن جني في الاستدلال بهذه الأدلة في الحكم على طائفة من مسائل الخلاف النحوي، ولا سيما تلك المسائل التي لم تخضع لأدلة الصناعة النحوية الأصلية التي اتفق عليها النحويون. وخلص البحث أيضا إلى أن الأنباري يعد من أوائل علماء العربية الذين استعانوا بالأدلة الفرعية، فضلا عن أنه يعد من أوائل النحويين الذين عقدوا أبوابا في كتبهم لأصول النحو مبينا قيمة الاستدلال بها سواء أكانت أصلا أم فرعا.
