Burnout is considered to be a sign of non psychological and non functional adjustment for the teacher. As a result of functional pressers. This latter, reflected different problems, which faced him in mesentery. Many reforms appear to solve all these problems. This study comes to discover Burnout’s level for primary education teachers and know their main counseling need among them, according to the variables of gender, scientific qualification and experience. The result of study shows that: Teachers of primary education suffer from a high level of Burnout and they have many counseling need, but the professional needs comes at the first field, as a result the Teacher need train in the methods of effective education. It is followed by the psychological and economical field. Finally the social one. Concluded by a number of suggestions aimed at understanding Teacher’s problems and give effective counseling programs help them to face the effects of Burnout.
