المستخلص: إن ظاهره الاندماج الاجتماعي تعتبر من ضمن الظواهر المؤثرة في العديد من الجوانب المتعلقة بالحياة الاجتماعية (نتيجه، 2010: 2) وإن التهميش والصراع الاجتماعي من شأنه أن يضعف الاندماج الاجتماعي، وهناك ضرورة للاهتمام بدراسة المرونة النفسية لتخطي الأزمات والضغوط التي نتعرض لها والفرد الذي يفتقد إلى المرونة النفسية يجد صعوبة في التعامل مع المشكلات والصدمات التي يواجهها ويتخذ مفهوم الاندماج الاجتماعي معنى السيرورة التي تمكن الأفراد من الانصهار في مجتمعاتهم (مالكي، ٢٠١٣: ٥) وتكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (٢٠٠) طالبا وطالبه وقد أعدت الباحثة مقياس الاندماج الاجتماعي في حين استخدمت مقياس جاهز للمرونة، وهدف البحث إلى التعرف على: ١. مستوى الاندماج الاجتماعي لدى طلبة جامعة الموصل من النازحين. ٢. مستوى المرونة النفسية لدى طلبة جامعة الموصل من النازحين. ٣ العلاقة بين الاندماج الاجتماعي والمرونة النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة من النازحين. ٤. الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في العلاقة بين الاندماج الاجتماعي والمرونة النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة من النازحين وفقا لمتغير (الجنس، التخصص). وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: ١. أن مستوى الاندماج الاجتماعي لدى طلبة الجامعة من النازحين ضمن المستوى المتوسط وكذلك المرونة النفسية. ٢. هناك علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين الاندماج الاجتماعي والمرونة النفسية. 3. يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا في الاندماج الاجتماعي تبعا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور وهناك فرق تبعا للتخصص ولصالح العلمي. ٤. يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا في المرونة هناك النفسية تبعا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور وهناك فرق تبعا للتخصص ولصالح العلمي. وبناء على النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها توصي الباحثة ١. ضرورة اهتمام المسؤولين في وزارة التعليم العالي بالبرامج التربوية الفعالة التي تسهم في تنمية العلاقات الاجتماعية مما يرسخ الاندماج الاجتماعي بينهم. ٢. توعية الآباء والأمهات بضرورة توفير جو نفسي واجتماعي يسهم في توطيد العلاقات الاجتماعية بين الأفراد. كما أسفرت النتائج عن عدد من المقترحات منها أجراء دراسة عن: ١. الاندماج الاجتماعي وعلاقته بالكفاءة الشخصية لدى طلبة الجامعة. ٢. المرونة النفسية وعلاقتها بالمعرفة الذاتية وفقا للتخصص

phenomenon of social integration is considered among the phenomena affecting many aspects of social life. Social marginalization and conflict can weaken social integration, and there is a need to study psychological flexibility to overcome the crises and pressures we are exposed to. The individual who lacks Psychological flexibility finds it difficult to deal with the problems and traumas he faces. Thpe concept of social integration takes the meaning of the process that enables individuals to integrate into their societies (Maliki, 2013: 5). The basic research sample consisted of (200) male and female students. The researcher prepared a scale of social integration while using a ready-made scale of flexibility. The aim of the research is to identify: 1. The level of social integration among the displaced students of the University of Mosul. 2. The level of psychological resilience of the displaced students of Mosul University. 3. The relationship between social integration and psychological resilience among university students who are displaced. 4. Statistically significant differences in the relationship between social integration and psychological resilience among university students from the displaced students according to the variables (gender, specialization). The research get into the following results: 1. The level of social integration among the displaced university students is within the average level, as is the psychological resilience. 2. There is a statistically significant relationship between social integration and psychological resilience There is a statistically significant difference in social integration according to the gender variable and in favor of males. 3. There is a difference according to specialization and in favor of the scientific. 4. There is a statistically significant difference in psychological flexibility according to the gender variable and for the benefit of males, and there is a difference according to the .specialization and for the benefit of the scientific. Based on the results reached, the researcher recommends the need for officials in the Ministry of Higher Education to pay attention to effective educational programs that contribute to the development of social relations, thus consolidating social integration between them .Educating parents about the need to provide a psychological and social atmosphere that contributes to the consolidation of social relations between individuals. The researcher also set a number of suggestions, including conducting a study on .Social integration and its relationship to the personal aptitude of university students.
