المستخلص: بعد تحليل الهيكل التمويلي لعينة من المصارف الإسلامية تبين مدى ضعف تطبيق المشاركات، ولما كان الافتراض يرجع سبب هذا الضعف لجملة من الأخطار والعوائق التي تنشأ من طبيعة هذا العقد وقد تم تفصيلها، ولمقابلة هذه الأخطار فقد استعرضت الدراسة مجموعة من المزايا والأدوار التنموية لصيغ المشاركات تأكيدا على أن هذه الأخطار لها ما يقابلها من عوائد مجزية للاقتصاد؛ وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى تجميع حزمة من الآليات المستحدثة لتعزيز تطبيق التمويل بالمشاركة في إطار أكثر أمانا وتحوطا من الأخطار المتنوعة المرافقة لكل عملية تمويل تشاركية.

After analysing the financing structure of a sample of Islamic banks, it is clear how weak the application of the posts is, and since the assumption is due to a range of risks and obstacles that arise from the nature of this contract have been detailed, and to meet these risks, the study reviewed a range of advantages and roles. This study has compiled a package of mechanisms to enhance the application of financing by participating in a more secure and risk-free framework for each participatory financing process.

Après avoir analysé la structure de financement d'un échantillon de banques islamiques, il est clair à quel point l'application des postes est faible, et puisque l'hypothèse est due à une série de risques et d'obstacles qui découlent de la nature de ce contrat ont été détaillées, et pour répondre à ces risques, l'étude a examiné une série d'avantages et de rôles. Cette étude a compilé un ensemble de mécanismes visant à améliorer l'application du financement en participant à un cadre plus sûr et sans risque pour chaque processus de financement participatif.
