المستخلص: جاء الإسلام بمبادئ وتعاليم ضمن للمرأة حقها وكرمها ورفع قدرها وإنها متساوية مع الرجل ولم ينتقص منها كما كان معروفا قبل الإسلام، وأن الرسول الأعظم صلى الله عليه وسلم بعث رحمة للعالمين واحترم المرأة وجعل لها دور في الجانب السياسي والاجتماعي فشاركت الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم في المعارك تارة تقاتل وتارة تضمد الجرحى وتارة أخرى تبث روح الحماس وتساند أخاها المسلم. وفي خلافة أمير المؤمنين عليا عليه السلام حافظ على المرأة وكانت شريكة أنصار الإمام علي عليه السلام في المعارك ولاسيما وقعة صفين، أما في عهد السلطة الأموية بخس معاوية الغاصب للخلافة الشرعية من آل البيت عليه السلام للمرأة المسلمة ولم يتردد بتوبيخ النساء استخدم أساليب انتهكت حرمتها وتعدى بعمله ما قد جاء به الإسلام فاستخدم أساليب متنوعة من سجن وتعذيب، وأصبح هذا العمل سنة لدى حكام السلطة الأموية كانت النسوة تؤخذ بجرائر الرجال، أي بحق من كان معارضا للسلطة الأموية من زوج أو أب أو ابن أو أخ، فكان نصيب هؤلاء النسوة السبي كما فعلوا بحرم وبنات رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وأيضا القتل والتشهير والبعض الآخر السجن.

As for the era of the Umayyad authority, Muawiyah underestimated the usurper of the legitimate caliphate from the Al-Abbat family (peace be upon him) for the Muslim woman and did not hesitate to reprimand the women He used methods that violated its sanctity and violated what Islam had brought him, so he used various methods of imprisonment and torture, and this work became a practice for the rulers of the Umayyad authority Women were taken for the sins of men, i.e. the foolishness of those who opposed the Umayyad authority, whether a husband, father, son or brother The share of these women was taken into captivity, as they did with the sanctuary and daughters of the Messenger of God (peace be upon him), as well as murder and defamation, and some others were imprisoned
