المستخلص: تهتم هذه الدراسة بتحديد ملامح وأطر الاقتصاد المعرفي، حيث بدأنا بالإطار المفاهيمي الذي يتضمن التعريفات المختلفة للاقتصاد المعرفي، والقوانين التي تحكم هو السمات التي يتميز بها، ثم انتقلنا إلى توضيح مؤشرات اقتصاد المعرفة بالاعتماد على آخر تقرير لهذا المؤشر لسنة 2017م الصادر عن برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي. وقد خلّصت الدراسة بناءاً على المؤشرات التي رصدت وضع المعرفة في كل من الجزائر وتونس والمغرب، إلى أن هذه الدول تمضي قُدماً في التحول للاقتصاد المعرفة حيث تعد مؤهلة أكثر من غيرها لهذا التحول، نظراً لإمكانية استفادتها من فرص التكامل الاقتصادي العربي كما هو الحال في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

This study is interested in defining the features and frameworks of the knowledge economy where we started with the conceptual framework that includes the different concepts of knowledge economy, the laws governing it, and the perspectives that specialized with. Then, we moved on to clarify the indicators of the knowledge economy based on the latest report of it for 2017 which is issued by the United Nations Development Program. This study based on inficators that monitored the status of knowledge in Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco, concluded that these countries are moving forward in the transition to the well-educated economy as there are more qualified for this transformation, as they can benefit from the opportunies of the Arab economic integration as is the case in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries.

Cette étude vise à définir les caractéristiques et les cadres de l’économie de la connaissance, Nous avons commencé avec un cadre conceptuel comprenant les différents concepts de l'économie de la connaissance et les lois qui la régissent, Et les fonctionnalités qu'il comporte, Nous avons ensuite procédé à la clarification des indicateurs de l'économie du savoir sur la base du dernier rapport sur cet indicateur pour 2017 publié par le Programme des Nations Unies pour le développement. L'étude a été conclue sur la base d'indicateurs permettant de suivre l'état des connaissances en Algérie, en Tunisie et au Maroc, que ces pays progressent dans la transformation de l'économie de la connaissance car ils sont plus qualifiés que d'autres, Étant donné le potentiel de tirer parti des possibilités offertes par l'intégration économique arabe, comme dans le pays du Conseil de coopération Le golfe.
