إن الباحث في القرآن الكريم يجد الكثير من الأحكام الشرعية والتوجيهات الإعرابية والدلالية، التي ترجع لاختلاف دلالات حروف الجر وتوجيهاتها. وهذا البحث يهدف إلى الوقوف على أسباب ومسائل الاختلافات الفقهية والتوجيهات الإعرابية والتي كان لحروف الجر سبب رئيس فيها، للوقوف على دلالات هذه الحروف وتداخل الدلالات بينها واختلاف فهم وتفسير كل عالم وكل نحوي لدلالتها والأخذ بالمفهوم من الدلالة لتوجيه وتفسير الحكم الشرعي والتوجيه الإعرابي حسب المذهب العقدي والمدرسة النحوية لكل عالم. وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في أنها جمعت بين الدلالات المختلفة لحروف الجر المشتركة، وإلقاء الضوء على الأثر العقدي من تعريفه وأسباب ظهوره وطرقه، تم الجانب التطبيقي للتدليل أثر حروف الجر في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية والتوجيهات الإعرابية من خلال آيات ومسائل في سور ة الفاتحة والبقرة وآل عمران والنساء. ومن أجل الوصول إلى تحقيق الهدف من البحث سلك الباحث في جمع مادته وتصنيفها وترتيبها مسلكا معتمدا فيه على المنهج الوصفي، كما اعتمد على المنهج التحليلي الاستقرائي من حيث جمع المعلومات والدلالات وتنظيمها والانتقال من الجزئيات إلى الكليات بتتبع الآيات التي احتوت على الحكم الشرعي وعلى اختلاف توجيه العلماء للحكم المأخوذ من اختلاف دلالات الجر وتوجيهها بين العلماء. وتوصل الباحث إلى نتائج منها: أن كل عالم أو كل فرقة كانت توجه التفسير حسب الأثر العقدي ها ومن العلماء من كانوا يوجهون الإعراب حسب المذهب العقدي. تعدد الدلالات للحروف أدى إلى اختلاف التوجيهات الإعرابية واستنباط الأحكام. بعض القضايا التي تتعلق بحروف الجر لها تأثير في التوجيه الإعرابي، على سبيل المثال دخول" ما" الزائدة على بعض حروف الجر.
There is no doubt that the researcher of the Holy Qur`an finds many legitimate rules and analytical and meaningful directions which are due to the difference in the indications and directions of prepositions. The current research aims at identifying the reasons and issues of jurisprudential disagreement and analytical directions that were mainly caused by prepositions, consequently it is necessary to decide on the indications of such prepositions and the integration of indications between them, the difference in the understanding of and explanation for each scholar and syntactic an of their indications and reaching the concept by indication in order to specify and interpret the legitimate rule and the syntactic direction according to the dogmatic attitude and syntactic philosophy for each scholar. The importance of this study lays in the fact that it has combined the different indications of common prepositions, sheds light on the doctrinal effect… its definition, reasons of existence and its study, then the practical stage to prove the effect of prepositions in deriving canons and parsing guidelines through verses in SURAT ALFATIHA, SURAT ALBAQARAH, SURAT ALA EMRAN, AND SURAT ALNISSAA. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher collected and classified his material depending on descriptive approach. He also depended on analytic approach and the inductive analytic approach in collecting information and indications, organizing them, transiting from the partial matters to total matters by looking for the verses that contained the canon. The researcher has come to some results such as : each scholar or each confession used to direct the interpretation according to his or their doctrinal effect. Some scholars used to direct the parsing of verses according to their doctrinal belief. The diversity of indications for the prepositions led to contradiction in the parsing guidelines and deriving canons. Some cases that relates to prepositions have their effect in parsing guideline.
