المستخلص: موضوع البحث: أساليب الوعظ في آيات الطلاق: لطائف ودلالات. أهداف البحث: 1-استنباط أساليب الوعظ في آيات الطلاق. ٢-بيان علاقة الوعظ بأحكام الطلاق. 3-الوقوف على اللطائف والمعاني القرآنية المتعلقة بأحكام الطلاق. منهج البحث: المنهج التحليل، والمنهج الاستنباطي. أهم النتائج: 1-المتأمل لآيات الطلاق يجد أنها ارتبطت كثيرا بالوعظ، وتنوعت أساليبه فيها. 2-تكرر الوعظ في آيات الطلاق جاء في غاية المناسبة لأهمية هذه الأحكام وارتباطها بواقع الناس وحياتهم الاجتماعية، وتعلقها بالحقوق بينهم، وأثرها على الأسرة وارتباطها واستقرارها. التوصيات: 1-الحث على تطبيق الوصايا القرآنية في آيات الطلاق لما لها من أثر في استقرار الأسرة وارتباطها. 2-التحذير من العادات الجاهلية السيئة في التعامل مع المرأة المنتشرة في بعض المجتمعات.

Preaching is of the great Quranic Purposes. The preaching was associated with provisions' verses in many places of the Qur'an in various ways This research is entitled: "Preaching methods in Divorce Verses" in a statement of methods of Quranic preaching in this type of provisions' verses that the Qur'an has focused on and arbitrated between them. Research Objectives: 1. Devising preaching methods in divorce verses. 2. Indicating the relation between preaching and divorce provisions. 3. Focusing on the subtleties and Quranic meanings related to divorce verses. Research Methodology: Descriptive approach, analytical approach, and deductive approach. The most important results of this study are: the man of contemplation of the divorce verses finds that they were closely associated with preaching, in which its methods varied. The repetition of preaching in the verses of divorce came very appropriate to the importance of these provisions and their association with people reality and their social life and their attachment to the rights between them, in addition their impact on the family and its association and stability. The verses of divorce discussed the images of injustice and bigamy in divorce known in Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic period) and the beginning of Islam, and they show how to outlet from it. They also warned of some poor and bad pre Islamic practices in dealing with women in many societies.
