المستخلص: موضوع البحث: تقوم فكرة البحث على تحرير القول في حكم المنطق، وتحديد أصول الأقوال التي قيلت في تعلمه، وتحديد الأصول الشرعية الصحيحة المؤثرة في حكمه، ومناقشة الأصول الخاطئة التي بني عليها حكم تعلمه. أهداف البحث: 1-ضبط حقيقة المنطق التي كثر الخوض في الموقف منها. 2-ضبط محل النزاع بين المختلفين في الموقف من المنطق. ٣-تحديد أصول الأقوال التي دار عليها خلاف الناس حول المنطق. ٤ -تحديد القول الراجح في ذلك الخلاف الطويل وضبط أصوله الشرعية. منهج البحث: اعتمد البحث على منهج الاستقراء والتتبع، ومنهج التحليل والتفكيك، ومنهج النقد. أهم النتائج: أن تقسيم المنطق إلى مختلط بالفلسفة وغير مختلط، والقول بأن الخلاف إنما هو في المختلط منه غير صحيح، وأن من الأصول المنهجية المؤثرة في تحديد حكم المنطق: تحديد موضوع المنطق، ومجالاته الأساسية، وعلاقة ذلك بالموضوعات الدينية الشرعية. أهم التوصيات: أنه ينبغي للدارسين لعلم العقيدة وغيره أن يجتهدوا في التنقيب عن المناهج التي كان يعتمدها علماء الإسلام قبل نقل المنطق إلى العالم الإسلامي، حتى يمكن الاستغناء بها عن المنطق الأرسطي الذي اشتد الخلاف في حكمه.

The Subject of this Study This study sets out to determine the correct opinion regarding the ruling of logic and seeks to highlight the legal foundations of Islam utilized by those who opined regarding its legal ruling. Moreover, it will demonstrate the correct legal foundations of Islam which influence its ruling, while also discussing the misuse of such foundations upon which the ruling of studying logic was based by others. The Objectives of this Study 1) Delineating the reality and meaning of logic itself, which so many people disagreed over. 2) Explicating and delineating the points of contention between those who maintain divergent positions concerning logic. 3) Identifying the underlying premises of the different viewpoints on logic. 4) Establishing the soundest opinion in this lengthy dispute and exhibiting the Islamic legal foundations it is based upon. The methodology employed in this article: In this study, I employed a variety of research methodologies by adopting inductive, analytical, deconstructive, and critical approaches. The most important learnings: One of the most important findings of the research is that merely dividing logic into two categories: 1) Those with a combination of philosophy and 2) those which do not mix with philosophy, and then saying that the dispute over logic is limited to the type which intertwines with philosophy is a false claim. Rather, the relevant methodical foundations to consider when determining the ruling of logic are the delineation of the subject matter and primary spheres of logic itself, in addition to how they relate to religious subjects. The most important recommendations: From amongst the most important recommendations of this study is that it is critical for those who study theology and other disciplines to exert effort in unveiling the methodologies employed by classical Muslim scholars prior to the introduction of logic to the Islamic world. This should be so that we can attain independence of Greek logic, which has caused so much controversy.
