|b The objective of this article is to review and synthesize the research conducted by the EP AUP over the past 20 years, and to present the main research methods, theories and contexts used by researchers. This is the first systematic review of the literature in this field, which was studied from three different perspectives, complemented by directions. Conclusions-The survey results show that most researchers focus primarily on the "Technology Acceptance Model", "Technology-Organization-Environment" and its extensions, which are the most critical drivers of the AUP.

|d L'objectif de cet article est de passer en revue et de synthétiser les recherches menées par l'AE AUP au cours des 20 dernières années, et de présenter les principales méthodes de recherche, théories et contextes utilisés par les chercheurs. Il s'agit de la première revue systématique de la littérature dans ce domaine, qui a été étudiée sous trois angles différents, complété par des orientations. Les résultats de l'enquête montrent que la plupart des chercheurs se concentrent principalement sur le "modèle d'acceptation des technologies", "Technologie-Organisation-Environnement" et ses extensions, qui sont les éléments moteurs les plus critiques de l’AUP.
