المستخلص: إن طبيعة البيئة الديناميكية للشركات وما تمتاز به من التقلبات وعدم الاستقرار، فرضت عليها تبني توجه أو وسيلة ضرورية جديدة لمواجهة المنافسة وهذا لضمان بقائها واستمرارها، وهذه الوسيلة الجديدة تقوم على أساس تحقيق المرونة التنظيمية في ممارستها لتدعيم يقظتها الإستراتيجية في ظل بيئة تتميز بالتعقيد وعدم التأكد المرتفعين، وعليه يمكن صياغة المشكلة الدراسية في التساؤل الآتي: ما الدور الذي يمكن أن تسهم به ممارسات المرونة التنظيمية وأساليبها لشركات تصنيع السيراميك في مصر في تعضيد يقظتها الإستراتيجية، وبما يمكنها من مواجهة التغيرات البيئية المعقدة والمتشابكة؟ وهدفت الدراسة إلى البحث في تأثير المرونة التنظيمية في تعضيد اليقظة الإستراتيجية، والتعرف على اتجاهات وآراء العاملين بشركات تصنيع السيراميك تجاه موضوع البحث من خلال الدراسة الميدانية؛ وذلك للوصول لنقاط القوة والضعف والتي يمكن من خلالها اقتراح التوصيات. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تحديد المفاهيم النظرية الأساسية المرتبطة بموضوع الدراسة وتأصيلها، وإجراء دراسة ميدانية على العاملين في المستويات الإدارية في شركات تصنيع السيراميك في مصر من خلال عينة قوامها 100 مفردة من الشركات محل الدراسة لتحليل آراء واتجاهات عينة الدراسة واختبار فروضها. وقد توصلت إلى بعض النتائج والتوصيات منها: - صياغة رؤية مستقبلية ذات توجه ريادي للشركات تعتمد على ممارسات المرونة التنظيمية وبالاعتماد أساسا على اليقظة الإستراتيجية لاستكشاف الفرص والتهديدات المتوقعة ببيئة الصناعة، مع تحليل نتائج الأداء للتعرف على نقاط القوة والضعف؛ بما يمكنها من تعزيز قدرتها التنافسية. - زيادة الاهتمام والتوسع في استخدام أدوات المرونة التنظيمية آلياتها من خلال وضع منهج علمي وعملي مبتكر والتأسيس لمرحلة مستقبلية في العمل تقوم على التوظيف الأمثل للتقنيات المتقدمة والطاقات البشرية، بما يمكنها من تحقيق المرونة التنظيمية وفقا لمعايير التنافسية في صناعة السيراميك عالميا.

The nature of the dynamic environment of companies, and its fluctuations and instability, imposed on them to adopt a new approach or means necessary to confront competition and this to ensure its survival and continuity, and this new method is based on achieving organizational flexibility in its practice to strengthen its strategic vigilance in an environment characterized by high complexity and uncertainty. Accordingly, the academic problem can be formulated in the following question: What role can the organizational resilience practices and methods of ceramic manufacturing companies in Egypt contribute to boosting their strategic vigilance, enabling them to face complex and intertwined environmental changes? The study aimed to investigate the effect of organizational flexibility in reinforcing strategic vigilance, and to identify the trends and opinions of workers in ceramic manufacturing companies towards the research topic through the field study. This is to reach the strengths and weaknesses through which recommendations can be suggested. The descriptive and analytical approach was used by identifying and establishing basic theoretical concepts related to the subject of the study, and conducting a field study on workers at the administrative levels in ceramic manufacturing companies in Egypt through a sample of 100 individual companies under study to analyze the opinions and trends of the study sample and test their hypotheses. Some conclusions and recommendations were reached, including: - Formulating an entrepreneurial future vision for companies based on organizational resilience practices and mainly relying on strategic vigilance to explore the opportunities and threats expected in the industry environment, while analyzing performance results to identify strengths and weaknesses; this enables it to enhance its competitiveness. - Increasing interest and expansion in the use of organizational flexibility tools and mechanisms by developing an innovative scientific and practical approach and establishing a future stage of work based on the optimal employment of advanced technologies and human energies, in order to enable them to achieve organizational flexibility in accordance with the standards of competitiveness in the global ceramic industry.
