المستخلص: مشكلة البحث: تتلخص مشكلة البحث في ضعف الانتماء لدى تلاميذ الصف الثالث الإعدادي، الأمر الذي يتطلب ضرورة دعم قيمة الانتماء من خلال المواقف الوطنية في التاريخ المحلي بالمحافظات الحدودية، وللتصدي لهذه المشكلة حاول البحث الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس التالي: *ما فاعلية استخدام التاريخ المحلي القائم على المواقف الوطنية في دعم قيمة الانتماء لدى تلاميذ الصف الثالث الإعدادي بالمحافظات الحدودية؟ ويتفرع من هذا السؤال الرئيس الأسئلة الفرعية التالية: 1) ما المواقف الوطنية التي يتضمنها التاريخ المحلي، والتي تدعم قيمة الانتماء لدى تلاميذ الصف الثالث الإعدادي بالمحافظات الحدودية؟ 2) ما أبعاد الانتماء التي يجب تنميتها لدى تلاميذ الصف الثالث الإعدادي بالمحافظات الحدودية؟ 3) ما فاعلية برنامج إثرائي في التاريخ المحلي قائم على المواقف الوطنية لدعم قيم الانتماء لدى تلاميذ الصف الثالث الإعدادي بالمحافظات الحدودية؟ هدف البحث إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج إثرائي في التاريخ المحلي قائم على المواقف الوطنية في دعم قيمة الانتماء لدى تلاميذ الصف الثالث الإعدادي بالمحافظات الحدودية، اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي في الإطار النظري، والمنهج التجريبي لإجراء التجربة والتطبيق الميداني، تكونت مجموعة البحث من (30) تلميذة من تلميذات الصف الثالث الإعدادي بمدرسة الشهيد طيار محمود فؤاد للتعليم الأساسي بإدارة الغردقة التعليمية، تمثلت أدوات البحث في مقياس واختبار الانتماء، وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث على مجموعة البحث قبليا وبعديا، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية في القياس القبلي والقياس البعدي في كل بعد من أبعاد مقياس الانتماء ككل لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية في القياس القبلي والقياس البعدي في كل بعد من أبعاد اختبار الانتماء ككل لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما أكدت نتائج البحث على فاعلية البرنامج الإثرائي في التاريخ المحلي القائم على المواقف الوطنية في دعم قيمة الانتماء لدى تلميذات الصف الثالث الإعدادي بالمحافظات الحدودية، وفي النهاية أوصى البحث بضرورة إدراج المواقف الوطنية بالتاريخ المحلي ضمن أهداف ومحتوى تدريس التاريخ بجميع المراحل التعليمية لدعم قيمة الانتماء.

Research problem: The research problem is summarized in the weakness of belonging among the third year middle school students, which requires the need to support the value of belonging through national attitudes in the local history in the border governorates, and to address this problem, the research tried to answer the following main question: *What is the Effectiveness of Using Local History in Supporting the Value of Belonging among Third Year Middle School Students in the Border Governorates? The Following Sub-Questions Arise from this Main Question: A. What are the patriotic attitudes included in local history that support the value of belonging among third-grade students in middle school in the border governorates? B. What are the dimensions of belonging that must be developed for third year middle school students in the border governorates? C. What is the effectiveness of a program enriching local history based on national attitudes to support the values of belonging among third year middle school students in the border governorates? The aim of the research is to measure the effectiveness of an enrichment program in local history based on national attitudes in supporting the value of belonging among third year middle school students in the border governorates, the research relied on the descriptive method in its theoretical framework, and the experimental method for conducting experiment and field application, the research group consisted of (30) female students of the third preparatory grade in one of the schools of the administration of hurghada in the red sea governorate, the research tools consisted of the affiliation scale and test, the results of the research resulted in the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the pre and post measurements in each dimension of the affiliation scale as a whole in favor of the post application, there is a statistically significant at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the pre and post measurement in each of the dimensions of the affiliation test as a whole in favor of the post application, the results of the research also found the effectiveness of the enrichment program in local history based on national attitudes to support the values of belonging among third year preparatory students in the border governorates, in the end the research recommended many recommendations, including, but not limited to, the necessity of including national positions on local history within the objectives and content of teaching history at all educational levels.
