المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف واقع تفعيل استخدام المنصات التعليمية، وأهم التحديات التي تواجهه، ولاسيما تلك التحديات المرتبطة بظروف جائحة كورونا 2020، والتعرف على دور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل استخدام المنصات التعليمية في مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين، والوقوف على معني واضح ومحدد لاستخدام المنصات التعليمية والتعرف على عناصرها الأساسية، ووضع متطلبات لتفعيل استخدام المنصات التعليمية في إدارة أزمات التعليم قبل الجامعي لمواكبة جائحة كورونا ٢٠٢٠ بدولة الكويت، والتوصل إلى الآليات لاستخدام المنصات التعليمية في دولة الكويت لمواكبة جائحة كورونا ٢٠٢٠ تلاءم أوضاعنا الحالية والمستقبلية، والتعرف على الدلالة الإحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور الإدارة العليا في تفعيل استخدام المنصات التعليمية في مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي في دولة الكويت، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع خطة محددة بوضوح لها بداية ونهاية، بها إرشادات حول تطوير كل عنصر من عناصرها مستقبلا وفق أهداف وغايات محددة، والعمل على نشر الوعي بين العاملين في وزارة التربية بدولة الكويت حول أهمية المنصات التعليمية وكذلك أولياء الآمور، والعمل على توفير البنية التحتية وفقا للخطة المطروحة بدءا من الوزارة إلى آليات التفعيل في المدارس والمنازل، وتوفير الأجهزة والبرامج، ووضع برنامجا واضحا يحتوي على إجراءات إلزامية، وتطبيق المنصات التعليمية بشكل محدود في مناطق وزارة التربية بدولة الكويت، بالإضافة إلى إعداد كتيب إرشادي يوضح آليات تفعيل استخدام المنصات التعليمية يطرح كل عام ويطور نتيجة للتطورات التي تتم على المنصة، والاستفادة من الخبرات الأجنبية والعربية في المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية.

The study aimed to identify the reality of activating the use of educational platforms, and the most important challenges facing it, especially those related to the conditions of the Corona 2020 pandemic, and to identify the role of school administration in activating the use of educational platforms in pre-university education schools in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of principals and teachers, and Finding a clear and specific meaning for the use of educational platforms and identifying their basic elements, and setting requirements to activate the use of educational platforms in managing pre-university education crises to keep pace with the Corona 2020 pandemic in the State of Kuwait, and to reach mechanisms to use educational platforms in the State of Kuwait to keep up with the Corona 2020 pandemic that suits our current and future conditions, And identify the statistical significance in the estimates of the individuals of the study sample for the role of senior management in activating the use of educational platforms in pre-university education schools in the State of Kuwait, and the study recommended the necessity of setting a clearly defined plan for it beginning and end, instructions on developing each of its elements in the future according to specific goals and objectives , And work to spread awareness among workers in the Ministry of Education in the State of Kuwait about the importance of educational platforms and k This is primarily matters, and work is to provide the infrastructure according to the proposed plan, starting from the ministry to activating mechanisms in schools and homes, providing devices and programs, developing a clear program that includes mandatory procedures, applying educational platforms in a limited manner in the Ministry of Education areas in the State of Kuwait, preparing a guidebook It clarifies the mechanisms for activating and using education educational platforms presented every year and develops as a result of developments taking place on the platform, and to benefit from foreign and Arab experiences in electronic educational platforms.
