المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف على فاعلية برامج التدريب الإداري وعلاقتها بالقيادة الإبداعية لدي قادة مدارس محافظة القنفذه، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٢٨٦) قائد، واستخدم استبانة للدراسة مكونة من (٦٣) فقرة موزعة على محورين المحور الأول يحتوى على ٥ مجالات (التخطيط، التنظيم، التوجيه، اتخاذ القرار، الرقابة والتقويم) المحور الثاني يحتوى على ٤ مجالات (المرونة، الحساسية لحل المشكلات، الأصالة، الطلاقة)، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تطبيق برامج التدريب الإداري لدى قادة مدارس محافظة القنفذة جاءت بدرجة كبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.69) وانحراف معياري (0.67)، ومستوى القيادة الإبداعية جاء بدرجة كبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.58) وانحراف معياري (0.71)، كما أظهرت النتائج جود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدالة (0.05≥) في درجة ممارسة برامج التدريب الإداري بمدارس محافظة القنفذة تبعا لمتغير المراحل التعليمية، كما تبين جود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدالة (0.05≥) في درجة القيادة الإبداعية لقادة مدارس محافظة القنفذة تبعا لمتغير المراحل التعليمية، وأسفرت النتائج أيضا عن وجود فروق ذات دلالـة إحصائية عند مستوى الدالة (0.05≥) في درجة تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة تطبيق المعلمين برامج التدريب الإداري بمدارس محافظة القنفذة تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، كما أسفرت أيضا عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدالة (0.05≥)في درجة تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة تطبيق المعلمين القيادة الإبداعية لقادة مدارس محافظة القنفذة تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة ،كما تبين أيضا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدالة(0.05≥) في درجة تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة تطبيق المعلمين برامج التدريب الإداري بمدارس محافظة القنفذة تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، كما أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدالة (0.05≥) في درجة تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة تطبيق المعلمين القيادة الإبداعية بمدارس محافظة القنفذة تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي وفي ضوء النتائج توصي الدراسة بالاستمرار في تطبيق قادة مدارس محافظة القنفذة برامج التدريب الإداري لما لها من أثر على تحسن مستوى القيادة الإبداعية لدى قادة مدارس محافظة القنفذة.

The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of management training programs and their relationship to the creative leadership of the leaders of schools in Al-Qunfudah Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive, relational approach. The study sample consisted of (286) leaders. He used a questionnaire for the study consisting of (63) items distributed on two axes. The first axis contains 5 fields (planning, organizing, directing, decision-making, monitoring and evaluation). The second axis contains 4 areas (flexibility, sensitivity to problem solving, originality, fluency), The results of the study showed that the application of administrative training programs for the leaders of schools in Al-Qunfudah Governorate came significantly and with an average of (3.69) and a standard deviation (0.67). And the level of creative leadership came in a great degree, with an average of (3.58) and a standard deviation (0.71). The results also showed the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of the function (0.05≥ α) in the degree of management training programs practice in Al-Qunfudhah governorate schools according to the variable of educational stages, There were also statistically significant differences at the level of the function (0.05≥ α) in the degree of creative leadership of school leaders in Al-Qunfudah Governorate, according to the variable of educational stages. The results also resulted in the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of the function (0.05≥ α) in the degree of assessment of the individuals of the study sample to the degree of teachers applying administrative training programs in Al Qunfudhah governorate schools according to the variable of years of experience. It also resulted in the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of the function (0.05≥ α) in the degree of estimation of the study sample individuals to the degree of practicing teachers applying the creative leadership of school leaders in Al-Qunfudah Governorate according to the variable of years of experience, as it was also shown that there were statistically significant differences at the level of the function (0.05 ≥α) in the degree to which individuals of the study sample estimate the degree to which teachers applied administrative training programs in Al-Qunfudhah governorate schools according to the variable of the educational qualification, The results also resulted in statistically significant differences at the level of the function (0.05≥ α) in the degree of estimation of the study sample individuals to the degree of application of creative leadership teachers in Al-Qunfudhah governorate schools according to the variable of the educational qualification and in light of the results the study recommends the continuation in the application of leaders of schools in Al-Qunfudhah governorate administrative training programs Because of its impact on improving the level of creative leadership among the leaders of schools in Al-Qunfudah Governorate.
