الترجمة التجارية نشاط يزداد نموا في عصر العولمة اليوم، وتقدم هذه الورقة وصفا لحركة الترجمة التجارية التي تطورت بصورة واضحة خلال العشرين سنة الماضية في مدينة الخمس-ليبيا، كما تقدم هذه الورقة باختصار أهمية ودور التعريب والحاجة إلى الترجمة التجارية في مدينة الخمس، فقد تزايد الطلب على الترجمة نتيجة لعوامل معينة مما ساعد على ازدهار الترجمة التجارية خلال الفترة من 2000 إلى 2020. وحيث إن الدراسة دراسة نظرية، فإن الباحث استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي (descriptive study) لدراسة وتحقيق الوثائق المتعلقة بالموضوع، وقد اختار عينة الدراسة "الفاتورة المبدئية" باعتبارها أنموذجا "عينة عشوائية" تمثل عددا كبيرا من النصوص التجارية المشابهة، وتم إجراء التعليقات اللازمة على الترجمة العملية للنص التجاري، كما تشير الدراسة إلى بعض المشاكل والتحديات التي تواجه الطلاب عند الترجمة، أما نتائج الدراسة فهي مبنية على الخبرة الشخصية، والممارسة العملية للترجمة مع الطلاب ومع مستخدمي الترجمة، بالإضافة إلى استخلاص الآراء من طالبي الترجمة ومستخدميها الترجمة في منطقة الخمس، كما أن النتائج تفيد الطالب والمترجم المبتدئ في كيفية التعامل مع النص التجاري والخطوات التي ينبغي إتباعها عند الترجمة، والاعتبارات التي يجب أخذها في الحسبان عند اختيار المكافئ الترجمي، وأيضا تقدم الدراسة بعض النصائح لحل مشاكل ترجمة النص التجاري، ومنها الحفاظ على القالب الفني للمادة التجارية وترجمتها كاملة، وتخلص هذه الورقة إلى اقتراح التوصيات التي من شأنها تطوير وتحسين الترجمة التجارية.
"Commercial translation is an increasingly growing activity in this era of globalization. This paper presents a description of the commercial translation movement that has clearly evolved over the past 20 years in the city of Khoms, Libya. This paper also briefly presents the importance and role of Arabization and the need for commercial translation in the city of Khoms. The demand for translation has increased due to certain factors, which helped commercial translation flourish during the period from 2000 to 2020. Since the study is a theoretical study, the researcher used the descriptive study method to study and investigate documents related to the subject. The study sample selected the “pro forma invoice” as a “random sample” model representing a large number of similar commercial texts. The necessary comments were made on the practical translation of the commercial text. The study also points out some of the problems and challenges that students face when translating. The study results are based on personal experience and practical translation practice with students and translation users, in addition to drawing opinions from translation students and translation users in the Khoms region. The results also benefit the student and the novice translator in how to deal with the commercial text, the steps that should be followed when translating, and the considerations that should be taken into account when choosing the translation equivalent. The study also provides some tips to solve the problems of translating commercial text, including maintaining the technical template of the commercial material and translating it in full.
