| 520 | |a في هذه الدراسة تم تحضير Butenafine (N-4-tert-butylbenzyl-N-methy-l- naphtalene methyl amine) باستخدام طريقتين متتابعتين، وهي الاختزال الغير مباشر للأمين، وEschweiler-Clarke methylation. تضمنت الطريقة الأولى تحضير الإيمين N-(methyl-1-naphthyl)-N-(tert-butyl benzyl) amine)). من تفاعل tert-butyl benzyl imine مع napthaldehyde في الميثانول، بعد ذلك اختزل الأيمين الناتج باستخدام NaBH4 لينتج الأمين الثانوي (N-(methyl-1-naphthyl)-N-(tert-butyl benzyl) amine). في الطريقة الثانية تم إدخال مجموعة الميثيل على الأمين الناتج باستخدام طريقة Eschweiler -Clarke ليعطي Butenafine. أخيرا تمت دراسة المركبات الناتجة باستخدام طيف الأشعة تحت الحمراء (FTIR) وأطياف الرنين النووي المغناطيسي 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR)) وذلك للتأكد من تركيب المركبات المحضرة. | ||
| 520 | |b The preparation of Butenafine (N-4-tert-butylbenzyl-N-methyl-1-naphtalene methyl amine) was achieved through two subsequent strategies which include the indirect reductive amination and Eschweiler-Clarke methylation. First method involved the reaction of tert-butyl benzyl amine with napthaldehyde in ethanol to produce the corresponding imine (N- (methyl-1-naphthyl)-N-(tert-butyl benzyl) imine). Then the prepared imine was reduced using sodium borohydride NaBH4 to form N-(methyl 1- naphthyl)-N-(tert-butyl benzyl) amine. While by using the Eschweiler-Clarke method Butenafine was formed through the methylation of amine. Finally, characterization of the products was carried out using a series of techniques such as FTIR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. | ||
