المستخلص: عنوان الدراسة: "تصور مقترح للمحاسبية التعليمية بالمدارس الثانوية العامة في مصر على ضوء بعض الخبرات الأجنبية" * يتمثل الهدف الرئيس للدراسة وضع تصور مقترح للمحاسبية التعليمية بالمدارس الثانوية العامة في مصر على ضوء بعض الخبرات الأجنبية، ويتفرع من هذا الهدف الأهداف الفرعية الآتية: - تعرف ماهية المحاسبية التعليمية ونظرياتها، ومبادئها، وأهدافها. - تعرف بعض الخبرات الأجنبية في مجال المحاسبية التعليمية. - تعرف الواقع النظري الوثائقي للمحاسبية التعليمية في مصر. - تعرف واقع ممارسة المحاسبية التعليمية بالمدارس الثانوية العامة في مصر. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (١٥٨٣) من معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الثانوية العامة بمحافظات القاهرة وأسيوط والأقصر؛ منهم (١٠٧٧) من محافظة القاهرة، و(٤٠٠) محافظة أسيوط، و(١٠٦) من الأقصر، وذلك لمعرفة واقع ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية العامة بمصر لمجالات المحاسبية التعليمية (المهني- الإداري- الإنساني). وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن: * أن درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس في مصر للمحاسبية التعليمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات عينة الدراسة بمتوسط وزن نسبي قدرة (2.24). * عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.001) في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة تطبيق مديري المدارس في مصر بمجالتها (المجال المهني- المجال الإداري- المجال الإنساني) تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس وسنوات الخبرة أو المؤهل العلمي. * وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.001) في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة تطبيق مديري المدارس في مصر بمجالتها (المجال المهني- المجال الإداري- المجال الإنساني) تعزى إلى متغير المديرية التعليمية لصالح محافظات الوجه البحري (القاهرة) مقابل محافظات الوجه القبلي (أسيوط- الأقصر). * وتم وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير مجالات المحاسبية التعليمية بالمدارس الثانوية العامة في مصر.

Study title: Suggested Perception For educational accountability in public secondary schools in Egypt in the light of some foreign experiences The main objective of the study is to develop a proposed vision for the development of educational accounting fields in public secondary schools in Egypt in the light of some foreign experiences. The following sub-objectives are derived from this goal: - Know what educational accountability is, its theories, principles, and objectives. - Know some foreign experiences in the field of educational accountability. - Know the theoretical and documentary reality of educational accountability in Egypt. - Know the reality of educational accountability practice in public secondary schools in Egypt. - Develop Suggested Perception for educational accountability in public secondary schools in Egypt in the light of some foreign experiences. The study sample consisted of (1583) male and female public secondary school teachers in the governorates of Cairo, Assiut and Luxor; Of them, (1077) from Cairo governorate, (400) from Assiut governorate, and (106) from Luxor, in order to know the reality of the practice of general secondary school principals in Egypt in the areas of educational accounting (professional - administrative - humanitarian). The results of the study resulted in: - The degree to which school principals in Egypt apply educational accounting from the point of view of the male and female teachers of the study sample with an average relative weight of (2.24). - The results of the study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.001) in the responses of the study sample members to the degree of application of school principals in Egypt in its fields (the professional field - the administrative field - the humanitarian field) due to the variables of gender, years of experience or academic qualification. - The results of the study found that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.001) in the responses of the study sample members to the degree of application of school principals in Egypt in its fields (the professional field - the administrative field - the humanitarian field) attributed to the variable of the educational directorate in favor of the Lower Egypt governorates (Cairo) versus Upper Egypt governorates (Assiut - Luxor). - Suggested Perception has been developed for the development of educational accountability fields in public secondary schools in Egypt.
