Addressing the intercultural issue requires careful study of the traditional and new cultures of the company. On the one hand, the identification of cultural specificities, it is essential to manage and to value the othernesses in a vision of performance. Thus, the objective of the study is fundamentally exploratory and based on a field study which allowed us to verify the veracity of its postulates through the quantitative method and which led to convincing results showing the importance of culture. and its effects on the perception of foreign executives and therefore on their performance. Aborder la question interculturelle suppose étudier attentivement les cultures traditionnelles et nouvelles de l’entreprise. De part, l’identification des spécificités culturelles, il est essentiel de manager et de valoriser les altérités dans une vision de performance. Ainsi, l’objectif de l’étude est fondamentalement exploratoire et basé sur une étude de terrain qui nous a permis de vérifier la véracité de ses postulats à travers la méthode quantitative et qui a abouti à des résultats probants montrants l’importance de la culture et ses effets sur la perception des cadres étrangers et du coup sur leurs rendement. |
