The success of accommodations is strongly related to customer satisfaction, especially that the offers of the hotels are mainly based on services, which are influenced by the experience during the stay, and also by the staff contact. This article examines the role of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in enriching this experience by offering better service "following the tech news". |
