|a للتقنية الحديثة تأثيرات في مجالات عدة في حياتنا اليومية، حيث نجد أنه يمكن الإفادة منها وتسخيرها لخدمة العدالة والوقاية من الجريمة على وجه الخصوص، وقد لاحظنا أن دولا كثيرة بما فيها الجزائر قد دأبت على استعمال نظام الرقابة الإلكترونية، بتطبيقات مختلفة ومتباينة، وقد حاولنا في هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على دور المراقبة الإلكترونية في الحد من العود للجريمة، مركزين على الدور الوقائي لهذه الآلية، مبينين ماهية نظام الوضع تحت المراقبة الإلكترونية، ثم شروط تطبيق الوضع تحت المراقبة الإلكترونية والآثار المترتبة على الإخلال بها، خصوصا ما تعلق بالعود للجريمة.

|b Modern technology has effects in several areas in our daily life, as we find that it can be used and harnessed to serve justice and prevent crime in particular, and we have noticed that many countries, including Algeria, have been using the electronic censorship system, with different applications, and we have tried in this research paper to shed light on the role of electronic surveillance in limiting recidivism of crime, focusing on the preventive role of this mechanism, indicating what the electronic status under surveillance system is, then the conditions for applying the status under electronic surveillance and the consequences of violating it, especially those related to recidivism.
