المستخلص: Algeria affirmed its choice for economic openness in order to make international trade a lever for development. However, despite these ambitions, logistics, in particular port platforms, are becoming one of the key factors in circumventing the obstacles that weigh on export supply. The objective of our research is to examine the role of port facilities in supporting Algerian export products and services, particularly in the western region, on the one hand, and on the other hand, we try to examine their mode of governance. To do so, the approach followed in this work is based on a model of public value creation also known as “networked governance.” The results obtained have demonstrated the positive impact of logistics infrastructures on exports, but the mode of governance is a major challenge.

L’Algérie a affirmé son choix pour l’ouverture économique afin de faire du commerce international un levier de développement. Mais, en dépit de ces ambitions, la logistique notamment les plateformes portuaires deviennent l’un des facteurs-clés pour le contournement des entraves qui pèsent sur l’offre exportatrice. L’objectif de notre recherche est d’examiner le rôle des installations portuaires dans l'accompagnement des produits et services algériens à l’export notamment dans la région de l’Ouest, d'une part, d'autre part, nous tentons d'examiner leur mode de gouvernance. Pour ce faire, la démarche poursuivie dans ce travail repose sur un modèle de de la création de la valeur publique appelé aussi « la gouvernance en réseau ». Les résultats obtenus ont permis de prouver l’impact positif des infrastructures logistiques sur les exportations or le mode de gouvernance présente un enjeu majeur.
