520 |a نحن الآن نعيش في عصر يتسم بالتقدم العلمي، والتكنولوجي الغير مسبوق؛ فلا يمكن فيه الهروب من استخدام الحواسب، والشاشات، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بأية طريقة ولا الابتعاد عنها، بغض النظر عن الفئة العمرية التي ننتمي إليها. وقد أصبحت التكنولوجيا تستخدم في جميع المجالات وتتطور يوما بعد يوم وأصبح يطلق على العصر الذي نعيش فيه العصر الرقمي أو التكنولوجي. ومع الدخول في الثورة الصناعية الرابعة ظهرت مصطلحات جديدة منها الذكاء الإصطناعي، ويشكل الذكاء الإصطناعي تحولات كبرى في مسيرة الإنسانية ويعزز تطبيق تكنولوجيا متطورة تتفهم حاجات البشر، ويفوق تأثيره ما أحدثه اكتشاف واستخدام الطاقة الكهربائية. فمجالات الرعاية الصحية، والعمل، والتعليم ستتغير باستخدام تلك التكنولوجيا؛ بحيث سيستخدم الأشخاص جهازا ذكيا واحدا يساعد على إتمام كل المهام، من دون أن يتحركون من مكانهم. والذكاء الاصطناعي هو فرع من فروع علوم الحاسبات؛ يهدف إلى تطوير أنظمة تحقق مستوى من الذكاء شبيه بذكاء البشر أو أفضل منه. وصممت تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتكون تقليدا لتصرفات العقل البشري ويجعل الآلات تفكر مثل البشر أي: حاسوب له عقل. وحتى يتم ذلك، فقد حددت جوانب تفوق الذكاء البشري في طريقة الاستنتاج والتفكير، وحصرتها في خمس نقاط أو خطوات: التصنيف Categorization))، تحديد القوانين (Specific Rules) ، التجارب (Heuristics)، الخبرة السابقة (Past Experience)، التوقعات. (Expectation)، وللذكاء الاصطناعي تطبيقات متعددة في مجالات مختلفة، ومن أبرزها: الأنظمة الخبيرة، وتمييز الكلام، وتميز الحروف، ومعالجة اللغات الطبيعية، وصناعة الكلام، والألعاب، والإنسان الآلي (الروبوت)، وتمييز النماذج والأشكال، والرؤية (النظر)، ونظم دعم القرار والتعليم والتعلم. وتستخدم تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي في مجالات عديدة منها: الطب، والصناعة، والتجارة، والصحة، وفى المؤسسات العسكرية؛ فلم يترك الذكاء الإصطناعي بابا إلا وطرقه ضمن ميادين الحياة العملية والعلمية وما زالت هناك العديد من التوجهات نحو دمجه أكتر وأكثر في مختلف أصعدة الحياة الشخصية، والإجتماعية، والعامة، وليس التعليم بمنأى عن تلك المجالات ومن تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي في مجال التعليم: أتمتة الدرجات والتقييم (Automated Grading)، التغذية الراجعة للمعلم (Feedback for teachers)، التعلم التكيفي (Adaptive Learning)، حوارات الحرم الجامعي (Chat Campus)، التعلم الشخصي (Personalized learning)، التعلم عن بعد (Proctoring)، الوسطاء الإفتراضيين (Virtual Facilitators)، مساعدة ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة، أنظمة التعلم الذكية (System Learning Smart)، المحتوى الذكي (Smart content)، فهم مراحل تعلم الطفل (تقنية الشبكات العصبية الاصطناعية artificial neural network technology)، التفاعل اللغوي البصري مع الأطفال (visual linguistic interaction with children)، التعلم العميق (deep learning). ومما سبق هل نستطيع تعزيز التعليم والارتقاء به من خلال الاستفادة من تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي في التعليم؟ وما متطلبات ذلك؟ وما أهم المخاطر الأخلاقية التي قد تواجهنا وخاصة مع مناداة البعض بضرورة وجود ميثاق أخلاقي للتعامل مع الذكاء الإصطناعي؟ 
520 |b We are now living in an era of scientific and technological progress in which we can not escape from the use of computers, monitors and information technology in any way or away from them, regardless of the age group to which we belong. Technology has become used in all fields and evolves day by day and the era in which we live is called the digital or technological age. As we entered the Fourth Industrial Revolution, new terms emerged, including artificial intelligence, Artificial intelligence constitutes major transformations in the human journey and promotes the application of advanced technology that understands human needs, Its impact outweighs the impact of the discovery and use of electrical energy. The areas of health care, work and education will change with this technology, so that people will use one smart device to help them complete all these tasks, without moving from place. Artificial intelligence is a branch of computer science that aims to develop systems that achieve a level of intelligence similar to or better than human intelligence. Artificial intelligence applications are designed to imitate the actions of the human mind and make machines think like humans, a computer with a mind. To this end, I have identified aspects of the superiority of human intelligence in the way of deduction and thinking, and limited them to five points or steps: classification (Categorization), the definition of laws (Specific Rules), experiments (Heuristics), (Past Experience), (Expectation). Artificial intelligence has many applications in different fields, notably expert systems, speech recognition, character recognition, natural language processing, speech industry, games, robotics, model recognition, vision, decision support systems and education and learning. Artificial intelligence applications are used in various fields such as medicine, industry, trade, health and military institutions. Artificial intelligence has not left a door except in the fields of practical and scientific life, and there are still many tendencies towards integrating it more and more in various aspects of personal, social and public life. Education is not immune from these areas and the applications of artificial intelligence in the field of education include: Automated Grading, Feedback for teachers, Adaptive Learning, Chat Campus dialogues, Personalized learning, Proctoring, Virtual intermediaries (Virtual Facilitators, assisting people with special needs), Smart Learning System), smart content, understanding the stages of child learning (artificial neural network technology), visual linguistic interaction with children, deep learning. And from the above can we promote and improve education by taking advantage of the applications of artificial intelligence in education and what requirements, and what are the most important moral risks that may face us, especially with the call of some the need for a code of ethics to deal with the applications of artificial intelligence.
