المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى فاعلية التعليم عن بعد في جامعة الشرقية أثناء جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر الطلبة، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (299) طالبا وطالبة في بكلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بجامعة الشرقية في سلطنة عمان، ولجمع البيانات قام الباحثون بتطوير استبانة وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، حيث تكونت الاستبانة في صورتها النهائية من (29) فقرة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسطات الحسابية جاءت بمستوى متوسط لجميع محاور الاستبانة باستثناء محور التواصل والتفاعل حيث حصل على مستوى مرتفع، وذلك لفاعلية التعليم عن بعد في جامعة الشرقية أثناء جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر الطلبة في ضوء متغيرات الدراسة. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط تقديرات الطلبة لفاعلية التعليم عن بعد تعزى لمتغير السنة الدراسية، ولصالح طلبة السنة الأولى، كما ظهرت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط تقديرات الطلبة تعزى لمتغير الجهاز المستخدم في الدراسة (الحاسوب الشخصي، والهاتف النقال) ولصالح الطلبة الذين يستخدمون الحاسوب الشخصي

This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of distance education at A’Sharqiyah University during the Corona pandemic (Covid 19) from the students' point of view. The study sample consisted of (299) male and female students from the College of Arts and Humanities at A’Sharqiyah University. To collect data, the researchers developed a questionnaire, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The questionnaire reliability according to Cronbach’s alpha coefficient reached (0.97), and in its final form consisted of (29). A paragraph divided into four dimensions: the scientific material (e-content), teaching, communication and interaction, measurement and evaluation. The results of the study showed that the mean ranged between the average for the scientific subject dimension, the average for the teaching dimension, high for the communication and interaction dimension, and the average for the measurement and evaluation dimension for the effectiveness of distance education at A’Sharqiyah University during the Corona pandemic from the students’ point of view in light of the study variables. Additionally, the results of the study revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the average students’ estimates of the effectiveness of distance education due to the variable of the academic year, and in favor of first-year students. It also shows statistically significant differences between the average students’ estimates of the effectiveness of distance education due to the variable of the device used in the study who use the personal computer and the mobile phone and for the benefit of students who use the personal computer.
