|a تتبع الأسرة في تربيتها لأبنائها أساليب مختلفة، قسمها العلماء التربويين بين أساليب ايجابية سليمة، وأساليب سلبية خاطئة، وخلال عملية تربية الأبناء وفق مختلف المراحل العمرية، يحتاج الآباء للتواصل مع أبناءهم، من جهة لدعم مختلف مراحل النمو المختلفة، ومن جهة أخرى للاتصال فيما بينهم، وبالتالي تفادي المشكلات أو لحلها حين وقوعها، ويعد أسلوب الحوار من الأساليب التربوية التي اتفق أغلب الباحثين التربويين على نجاعتها في تربية الأبناء، وهذا لم للحوار من فوائد للأبناء والآباء على حد السواء والأسرة الجزائرية؛ كغيرها من الأسر تتأرجح فيا أساليب التربية وتختلف من جيل إلى جيل، إلا أن الدراسات الحديثة حول الأسرة الجزائرية تؤكد اتجاه الآباء في الأسر المعاصرة إلى تبني أسلوب الحوار كأساس في تربية الأبناء، وهذا يدل على وعي الآباء اليوم بنتائج استخدام الأساليب الخاطئة في تربية لأبناء كالإهمال، والقسوة والتدليل وغيرها. وسنحاول في هذه الورقة مناقشة إشكالية التواصل في الأسرة الجزائرية؛ من خلال الحوار الأسري فيها.

|b The family follows up different methods in their education. The educational researchers divide between positive and negative methods. During the process of raising children according to the different age groups, parents need to communicate with their children to support various stages of growth and to communicate with one another. Avoid problems or solve them when they occur, and the method of dialogue of the educational methods that most educational researchers agreed on their effectiveness in raising children, and this did not dialogue for the benefits of children and parents alike. The Algerian family confirms the tendency of parents in contemporary families to adopt the method of dialogue as a basis in raising children. This indicates the awareness of parents today about the results of using the wrong methods in education Sons such as negligence, cruelty and pampering and others. In this paper, we will try to discuss the problem of communication in the Algerian family through the family dialogue.
