|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الحكومة باعتبارها مؤسسة دستورية هامة في تحديد نوع النظام السياسي الذي انتهجه المؤسس الدستوري الجزائري في التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020، إذ تتناول الدراسة تشكيل الحكومة بنوعيها وتبعيتها لرئيس الجمهورية من عدمها وعلاقتها بالبرلمان، والصلاحيات الممنوحة لها، بغرض الوصول إلى طبيعة النظام السياسي الذي سطره المؤسس الدستوري. إلا أنه من الصعب الفصل في طبيعة النظام السياسي على ضوء النظام القانوني للحكومة نظرا لعدم تقيد المؤسس الدستوري بخصائص النظام البرلماني كما هي بخصوص الحكومة التي يقودها رئيس المحكومة وأيضا مخالفته لبعض خصائص النظام الرئاسي بخصوص الحكومة التي يقودها الوزير الأول.
