المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى توضيح مفهوم حاضنات الأعمال، كأحد المفاهيم المستحدثة التي تناولها اللغويين بالشرح والإيضاح مع اختلاف أنواعها، بالإضافة للفلسفة التي تستند عليها تلك الحاضنات وما المقصود بها، وتاريخ نشأتها، وما هي طبيعة الخدمات التي تقدمها للمشاريع الصغيرة والتحديات التي تواجهها ومتطلبات استمرارها وسرد مجموعة من نماذج الحاضنات الناجحة محليا وعالميا للاقتداء بها والسير على نهجها. بالإضافة إلى تسليط الضوء حول حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية (الحاضنات التكنولوجية/ البحثية) وأهميتها بالنسبة للجامعات والمؤسسات البحثية وللاقتصاد الوطني وتاريخ نشأتها بجمهورية مصر العربية مع سرد لبعض نماذج الحاضنات الجامعية محليا وعالميا وتجربة الجامعات المصرية التي أسست حاضنات تابعة لها، وكانت الفجوة هنا في أن أغلب حاضنات الأعمال بشكل عام والجامعية بشكل خاص تتجه نحو دعم واحتضان مشاريع بعيدة كل البعد عن مجالات الفنون التشكيلية بجمهورية مصر العربية التي تفتقر وجود حاضنات ترعى وتتبنى المشاريع الريادية الفنية مما أدى إلى فشل نسبة كبيرة من المشروعات الفنية وذلك نظرا لقلة خبرة القائمين عليها بكافة جوانب الإدارة والتسويق والتسعير ومعايير جودة ومراقبة المنتج وذلك يرجع لاهتمام القائمين / المسئولين عن قطاع الفنون بتنمية الفنانين من النواحي الأكاديمية وإهمال إعدادهم لسوق العمل بشكل كافي.

"The research aims to explain the concept of business incubators as a new concept addressed by linguists by explaining and clarifying different types in addition to the philosophy on which these incubators are based, what they are intended for, the date of their origin, what are the nature of the services they provide to small projects, the challenges they face and the requirements for their continuation, and showing a number of successful incubators locally and globally to emulate them and follow their approach. The study also seeks to highlight university business incubators (technology/research incubators) and their importance for universities, research institutions, and the national economy and the history of their establishment in the Arab Republic of Egypt, besides showing some models of university incubators locally and globally and the experience of Egyptian universities that have established their own incubators. The gap here is that most business incubators in general and universities, in particular, tend to support and embrace projects that are far from the fields of plastic arts in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which lack the presence of incubators that sponsor and adopt artistic entrepreneurial projects. This led to the failure of a large percentage of artistic projects due to the lack of experience of those responsible in all aspects of management, marketing, pricing, quality standards, and product control. This is due to the interest of those responsible for the arts sector in developing artists from academic aspects and their negligence in adequately developing them for the labour market.
