المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد منهجية مقترحة لتحسين نواتج التعلم في التصميم لخدمة المشرعات الاقتصادية التي تهدف لإنتاج منتج مادي، لدى خريجي أقسام التربية الفنية والفنون البصرية، والتعرف إلى مناسبة الفقرات المعيارية للمنهجية المقترحة من خلال استطلاع الخبراء في مجال التصميم والفنون، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوثائقي للتوصل إلى المراحل الأساسية للمنهجية المقترحة، وتحديد الفقرات المعيارية لكل مرحلة من المراحل الأساسية للمنهجية المقترحة. بالإضافة إلى المنهج الوصفي المسحي خلال مسح آراء مجموعة من الخبراء بلغ عددهم (15) خبيرا للكشف عن درجة مناسبة الفقرات المعيارية لكل مرحلة من المراحل الأساسية للمنهجية المقترحة، وتوصلت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى إعداد منهجية لتحسين نواتج التعلم في التصميم لخدمة المشرعات الاقتصادية التي تهدف لإنتاج منتج مادي، لخريجي أقسام التربية الفنية والفنون البصرية، وتكونت المراحل الأساسية للمنهجية المقترحة، من سبعة مراحل، هي: "مرحلة البحث عن فكرة وجمع المعلومات حولها، وتضم بعدين فرعيين، هما: "مرحلة الإلهام وتتضمن فقرتين معياريتين؛ ومرحلة الاستقصاء والبحث وتتضمن (10) فقرات معيارية". ومرحلة تحليل المعلومات، وتضم بعدين فرعيين، هما: "تحديد مواصفات ومعايير المنتج وتتضمن (17) فقرة معيارية؛ والتحليل الاقتصادي للفكرة وتتضمن (3) فقرات معيارية". ومرحلة التصميم المبدئي للمنتج المادي، وتضم بعدين فرعيين، هما: "التحليل البصري للمنتج المادي وتتضمن (11) فقرة معيارية؛ والتقييم والتحسين وتتضمن (7) فقرات معيارية". ومرحلة تصميم النموذج المادي المفصل، وتتضمن (7) فقرات معيارية. ومرحلة التصنيع، وتتضمن فقرتين معياريتين. ومرحلة التسويق والمبيعات، وتتضمن فقرتين معياريتين. ومرحلة المتابعة، وتتضمن فقرتين معياريتين. وقد أظهرت استجابات الخبراء وجود درجة عالية من الموافقة على جميع الفقرات المعيارية للمراحل الأساسية للمنهجية المقترحة.

The study aims to prepare a proposed methodology to improve learning outcomes in design to serve economic projects aimed at producing a material product for graduates of art education and visual arts faculties and identify the appropriateness of the standard items of the proposed methodology through a survey of experts in the field of design and arts. The study followed the documentary approach to arrive at the basic stages of the proposed methodology and identify the standard items for each of the key stages of the proposed methodology. The study also sued the descriptive survey method during the survey of the opinions of a group of 15 experts to reveal the degree of appropriate standard items for each of the basic stages of the proposed methodology. In its results, the study prepared a methodology to improve learning outcomes in design to serve economic projects aimed at producing a physical product for graduates of art education and visual arts departments. The basic stages of the proposed methodology consisted of seven stages: "The stage of searching for an idea and collecting information about" and includes two subdimensions: "The inspiration phase and two standard paragraphs and the survey and research phase that includes (10) standard paragraphs." The information analysis phase and comprises two subdimensions: "Identification of product specifications and standards and includes (17) standard paragraphs, and economic analysis of the idea and includes (3) standard paragraphs." The initial design phase of the physical product and includes two subdimensions: "Visual analysis of the physical product and includes (11) standard paragraphs and evaluation and improvement that includes (7) standard paragraphs." The detailed physical model design stage includes (7) standard paragraphs, the manufacturing phase, and includes two standard paragraphs. The marketing and sales phase and includes two standard paragraphs. The follow-up phase and includes two standard paragraphs. The experts' responses have indicated a high degree of approval over all the standard paragraphs of the primary phases of the proposed methodology.
